This comfortable loft apartment is perfect for couples, friends and small families. Open concept, clean, and renovated from top to bottom, sparing no expense to make this a stunning vacation retreat or staycation destination. The Interior is comfortable, professionally decorated and finished with stainless steel appliances. (We have taken extra precautions with the cleaning of surfaces and linens throughout the home. We have a professional cleaning company to help protect our guests!)

The house is well located and walkable to the GO transit station. Walk or drive to great local restaurants and attractions. After a day of sight-seeing, unwind in the comfortable open concept living room sipping your favourite Niagara wines!

The entire unit is yours to enjoy and includes parking!

While we do like to meet guests upon arrival, further interaction is up to you. We are always available if you need anything, but otherwise we will let you enjoy yourselves without interruption.

We are located in a quiet and mature neighbourhood, less than one block away from popular Queen Street, you are in the prime location to take in a live band, challenge yourselves in an Escape Room, or dine at some of the best restaurants in Niagara Falls!

The apartment is just 2 kilometres from Clifton Hill. From there, you can walk down "The Hill" and experience the the world famous "American Falls", "Bridal Veil Falls" and of course, the unrivaled "Horseshoe Falls". We recommend driving or taking the bus to the general area of the attractions and parking in one of the many all-day lots.

This is on the second floor and a 2 unit building. There is another Airbnb unit on the main floor.
No smoking or vaping of any kind in the house.

Absolutely no parties.

Quiet time from 10 PM to 9 am.

We have neighbors, please respect their enjoyment of their properties.
