Our relaxing and private glamping cabin awaits you just down the road from the Southworth ferry terminal- only a half hour foot ferry from downtown Seattle!

Nestled in a hollow and surrounded by five acres of forest, this well appointed little luxury quonset cabin has a queen sized bed, fire-pit, grilling kitchen and dining area, and is only a short five minute walk from absolutely stunning Banner Park (a square mile of trails among the old growth trees- perfect for hikers and bikers alike).

Perfect for both first time outdoors adventures and those that crave a woodsy retreat without all the work of a hike-in and set up!

The cabin has running water, power provided by a Jackery 1000, a composting toilet, wireless internet, weber 3 grill with propane provided, cooler, and an attached extra 6 foot camping pad for friends or kids to set up a tent and join in the fun!

It’s the perfect weekend getaway quiet clean and I think a steal for the price! No shower but there’s a planet fitness close we hit that made it totally worth it! Even provide you firewood and stuff for s’mores and coffee! 10/10 would highly recommend! It was a great spot for our anniversary!

Delightful glamping spot, immaculate forest setting (which requires a lot of attention! I know because I have some forest property). Everything you need to have a great stay is provided, including the fixins for s’mores!

This was an adorable cabin that was very well taken care of, and we absolutely loved our trip! The host was kind and helpful, and always made sure we had what we needed. We especially appreciated being provided enough battery power to stay warm during February. Highly recommend! Already talking about making another trip during the summer.

My husband and I celebrated our first wedding anniversary with a wonderful dinner in Gig Harbor at Brix, but prior to going to dinner we decided to check in while it was still light out. Since it is not visible from where you park, this is recommended. It is a beautiful property with sufficient property. The host was very responsive to questions. We had packed firewood and things for smores, and found we didn’t need to pack any of that, they had all the wood, sticks, and ingredients there! This is glamping so don’t expect a shower. Bring some wipes. There is a bathroom and a sink area to clean items. We would come back again for sure! Super cute set up!

This was exactly what was expected after seeing the photos of this beautiful spot. Everything inside the glamping hunt was immaculately clean, everything outside was well organized, everything you needed and nothing you didn’t. Instructions were clear, we love the compostable toilet and plan to get the same set up going for our tiny house in VA. We set up a tent for one of our teenagers and the other one slept on an inflatable mat at the foot of our bed, just enough room for all of us with the tent pad, which was well lit! They provided firewood, so we had a lovely fire, they even provided s’mores stuff, but we had picked up a giant slice of blueberry cake at the grocery store to share, and didn’t have room in our bellies, so we took the chocolate and graham crackers with us for our continued travels.:-) This was just a wonderful spot with a very thoughtful host who was very communicative and responded quickly to messages. Thank you so much for sharing this spot with us!

What a gem!Wonderful spot, away from it all but close to everything. Enjoyed clamming, then frying them up on the outdoor BBQ. This place is perfect for 2 in the little house or add two more and perch them on the tent pad.

Just as wonderful as the photos and description suggest. Very prompt and helpful communication. Our family stayed two nights, and didn't need to switch out the portable generator (though the host assured us they were happy to bring us a power backup, even in the middle of the night). Beautiful, spacious spot, quiet. A great spot to stay and explore the surrounding area, we plan on coming back.

Little piece of heaven

Our stay at this little oasis was so enjoyable! It was so whimsical, peaceful, and well thought out. It’s cute in pictures but even cuter in person. It’s deep enough in the trees to feel isolated but not to far from horseshoe lake or the fun little downtown area. The host was communicative and thoughtful and we really appreciated our time here, we will definitely be back

We fell in love with Port Orchard and this property immediately. We spent years looking for a home that we could make our own and we decided we found it on our very first visit. The forests, the wildlife, and the community all called out to us and let us know this was where we should be!

Five acres of largely untouched forest, a barn that has been refinished into a forge, woodshop, and print studio, and access to dozens of local outdoor spaces including beautiful forest parks and Puget Sound beaches.
