The room (1703) was clean and accommodating. The only issue was the red blender with the spout was moldy but that was something that can be overlooked. The beach view was amazing as well as the beach itself. The attendant at the beach was johnny on the spot. I will be a repeat customer as well as recommending to family and friends.

We had a blast! Pros: Clean. Literal steps to the beach- no huge crossover! Lots of beach chairs, towels, and beach toys available. They literally thought of everything you could need! Chair service was fabulous. Communication was so easy via text with the office. Gorgeous view. Comfy beds. Very spacious!Cons: I like scalding showers and the water never got hot enough for me. The open concept in the master is appealing, but doesn't retain shower heat and offers minimal privacy. I knew the unit only had showers, but didn't anticipate how hard it would be to shower kiddos without a tub- that's on me. There also were no plastic plates, cups, or bowls which isn't very kid friendly. I highly recommend adding a cheap set. Luckily we didn't break anything but glass plates on a glass table with my 7yo was stressful.Overall we were very happy and plan to come back!

Excellent Views

The condo is very spacious and clean. It had a nice balcony that we could see the dolphins. The kitchen was well stocked. The main bed was comfortable. The staff were all very friendly. It was nice to have 2 chairs and an umbrella rental included. We would definitely stay here again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was beautiful and I have no complaints about the condo. The property, however, is a much different story. Our vacation was ruined by neighboring condos undergoing construction. The noise could be heard in our condo, at the pool, even on the beach! Property managers said they were not obligated to notify renters, nor would they do anything to make our stay more enjoyable. And their attitude was disrespectful and completely unempathetic. Due to that, I will never stay at this property again.

Views from balcony are amazing! Staff was #1. Our refrigerator was not working properly 1st day and they came and switched it out. The only complaint we had was the elevator noise and slowness of it. It definitely needs to be changed out. We will be back!!!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall Unit 1703 was good. There is quite a bit more wear to it than pictures show. The cleanliness was a problem. Dishes were put away dirty, there was hair on the floors and stains on the extra bedding. The location was good and not busy compared to Destin. The view was fantastic. The customer service was fine for when we needed it. If I came back to the area I would stay somewhere else.
