Indigo Condominiums is a gated community in Perdido Key, FL offering you a quiet, family friendly area of the Gulf Coast for your next Getaway! Indigo is a family-friendly residence that takes pride in quality and attention to detail throughout. Indigo is Serenity at the Beach, Perfected. Surrounded by a beautiful tropical paradise, you can relax in the sparkling blue waters of the 133,000-gallon zero-entry pool or take advantage of the shade cast by the poolside Gazebo while children play in the bubbling fountains. The smaller circular pool is heated seasonally, and the 13-person hot tub is heated year-round to soak away your worries. Take a short walk over the dune crossovers and feel the 500 feet of private, sugar-white sand between your toes. Seasonal beach chair service (March October) is available so you can relax and unwind while the Gulf laps at your toes. Cross overs are equipped with card readers allowing easy access and securing the property. Some activities include: charter fishing boats, boat jet ski rentals, parasailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, shopping, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of powder-white sand.

Policies:
1. 7-night minimum reservation required (Saturday to Saturday).
2. Check in is 4pm | Check out is 10am.
3. No Smoking or Vaping in condo, balcony, common areas, community grounds or beach. There is a designated smoking area near the West Tower parking lot.
4. Pets are NOT allowed.
5. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.
6. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.

Very clean, very spacious. The views from the condo were excellent. Couldn’t have asked for a better condo to stay at. No complaints at all. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect room with a lower level balcony looking directly at the beach

I love this condo. Each bedroom was tucked away in its own corner with its own bath and own balcony. This makes it perfect to keep some privacy when sharing the condo. I liked the fact that it was lower level and not so high up. The view to beach was dead center and so relaxing. The balcony was big too. I would certainly stay again.

Good owner and good rental company.

The resort was having a water main issue. The owner and rental company did everything they could to help us through the process. The owner even authorized a partial refund for the hassle. Even with the frustration of water issues I could not be happier with this company and owner. The condo is nice and had everything we needed. I would not hesitate to stay in this condo again.

We love Indigo, but our condo wasnt as nice this time as it has been in the past.

We love staying at Indigo, but our condo wasnt as nice as in the past. It wasnt very clean. Several broken items. The washing machine ruined 2 loads of clothes. Grease on everything. No extras in the cabinets. No free beach service. Parking was terrible. Disappointed.

Wonderful condo at Perdido Key

As far as the condo is concerned, I would give it 6 stars if I could. As far as the management company, I was not impressed. Maybe the things that I didn't like were beyond their control but it would have been nice to know that someone was going to come into the condo to check the windows for leaks (supposedly an email went out but I am 100% sure I didn't get it). Same with the beach construction work taking place right outside the condo. The beeping trucks started every single morning around 8AM and consequently we all had to get up. Just a heads up would have been nice so we could have planned accordingly. Again, I would stay at Indigo West again and would definitely try for 303W.

A perfect getaway! We st...

A perfect getaway! We stayed in this condo for 10 days in May 2008. It was even better than in the pictures. We have gone to Destin for the past 10 years, but this is our new vacation spot. The condo is very nicely decorated in tranquil colors. It was still comfortable and child friendly, with a fantastic kitchen and bathrooms. We typically eat out every night at the beach, but we actually stayed home and grilled out several nights. It had everything we needed to make a perfect dinner. There is a large dining table, but we ate all of our meals (even breakfast) out on the balcony. There were plenty of chairs and a nice table outside overlooking the BEAUTIFUL beach. Our children, 2 and 5, really liked the pool, and LOVED the beach. The beach here was so nice. It was not crowded at all, and it was very, very clean. We had so much fun looking for shells during the day and crabs at night. There were some great restaurants within 5 minutes of the condo. Everyone, including the beach attendants, ResortQuest staff, and the owners themselves were so kind and helpful. If you are looking for a great getaway on a quiet beach that is still close to restaurants, shopping, and entertainment, LOOK NO FURTHER!!!!!
