The house has been beautifully remodeled and it was very modern and clean. The game room area was a big hit and the kitchen was very nice with all new appliances. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Communication with the host was excellent. Great experience.

This property was materially misrepresented and uninhabitable. There were huge spiders everywhere inside and out. When I say everywhere I truly mean everywhere. Outdoor spaces were completely unsafe and unusable. Dead animals in the pool, signs warning of snakes scaring my children. Play structure in unsafe disrepair condition. We arrived at 1:15 am after delayed flights and left at 9am the next day for the safety of our kids. The host was responsive but totally unhelpful - acting as if the issues could be fixed with a simple pest control visit. Host was on notice from prior guests of the issues as well and did nothing about it. What a terrible experience. This property and host should be removed from VRBO.

The HostsThe hosts Haim and Hanna were very helpful and responsive. Every time we contacted them, they answered quickly and addressed our issues as best they could, including ordering more towels and washcloths so that everyone had one. The Property I’m sorry to say the property was disappointing and certainly not “luxe,” as advertised, due mostly to safety and cleanliness in the outside area. Both front and back yard areas appeared not to have been cleaned in a long time. Excessive spiders/ webs/eggs, old leaves, and wasps were all over the area—covered patio, gate, stairs, fence, upper deck. Not just a few. I’ve never seen this many webs/spiders anywhere, including other lake houses and cabins. We killed several spiders in the house. The cars were covered in spiders and webs the morning we left. After cleaning the cars as much as possible before we left the property, some spiders/webs rode over 4 hours, and some even survived a car wash. The sidewalks were very uneven, broken, and hard to walk on, causing stumbling in some cases. There is no rail to get in and out of the pool. The pool circulation/filtration system ran only a short time daily, so the pool was probably not adequately cleaned and was a little murky. The floating chlorine dispenser with a broken top will only serve the top few inches of water if the circulation system is not on. Not wanting toilet tissue flushed was an issue too. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning good.

The host were super responsive. Would have 5 stars for cleanliness except all the fake plants had spider webs on them.We enjoyed our weekend and our only real complaint is that for a home that has a pool, hot tub and lake as a selling point, ONE bath towel for three days per person leaves less than a luxury feel.

Our experience was terrible. We didn't even stay one night of our 3 nights. PROS: The inside of the property is very pretty. They have remodeled the home and the finishes and the finishes and furnishings are as shown in the listing.CONS: The pool is NOT swimmable - there were ducks swimming in it when we arrived, the water was not only dirty but there is no "skimmer" so it's just dead water like a moldy still pond. I can assure you, there is no way you'd allow your children or your dog to swim in that. The lake is NOT accessible from the home - the grass is overgrown, the kayak (only 1) was laying on the ground covered in debris, there was no way we were going to lift it up as we're certain snakes are there. We rented the property for the pool and the lake - but we could not use/access either. The front yard was nothing but dirt and mud. The backyard was littered with dirt and debris. Also what you are not told until AFTER you book is: 1. they require an additional 700 deposit 2. there is a pet fee that is not disclosed and 3. they operate separately from VRBO - so you book with VRBO but VRBO claims they're powerless to help you resolve the fraud you've just encountered. We were promised from VRBO atleast 1 night stay refund, that didn't happen. We begged the hosts to cancel our listing, that didn't happen. So, if you want a lovely home to sit inside and just enjoy company, this could be good for you. If you want a pool and lake access, run from this place.
