Bienvenue sur Cocoplum # 3! Profitez de la tranquillité de cette unité de front de mer au rez-de-chaussée. L'une de ses meilleures caractéristiques est la vue dégagée de la plage et de la mer des Caraïbes depuis votre patio. Cette unité de bain joliment aménagée (2) / 2 personnes a toutes les commodités nécessaires pour rendre vos vacances inoubliables. Il y a un lit king dans la chambre des maîtres et 2 lits jumeaux dans la chambre d'hôtes. La copropriété a été récemment rénovée. La nouvelle cuisine est équipée de tous les ustensiles de cuisine, de la vaisselle, de la verrerie et de l'argenterie nécessaires. Le salon dispose d'un grand téléviseur, avec une TV LCD de 32 'dans la chambre des maîtres. Pour votre commodité, il y a une laveuse et une sécheuse dans l'unité avec de nombreux draps et serviettes de plage fournis. Un ménage de mi-semaine rafraîchira le condo!
Ouvrez votre porte et vous êtes à quelques pas de la plage et de la mer des Caraïbes! Il y a une plage de sable blanc en poudre avec une excellente plongée avec tuba juste à côté de la plage. The Wreck of the Gamma est une courte baignade depuis le condo. Vous y trouverez une abondance de la vie marine! Vous pouvez marcher jusqu'à une multitude de restaurants qui satisferont tous les goûts et le budget. L'épicerie se trouve à une courte distance de marche du condo. Nous pouvons même organiser votre approvisionnement en épicerie dans le condo avant votre arrivée. Camana Bay offre de merveilleux restaurants, boutiques, cinéma, café et boucheries! Perfect location, close enough to 7mile without being right in the busy mix. The condo was even better than the pictures, with enough necessities there for our entire duration. Beach chairs were provided so we could go to other beaches even. Communication was excellent, with a lot of communication and suggestions before you check in and then even while you are there. Would definitely recommend Cocoplum to anyone coming to stay on the island!

This property was a perfect location! Not only was the condo super clean but we enjoyed being able to walk/run to Caymana Bay plus many other places. The condo was well stocked with supplies unlike in the US where you have to buy your own paper towels etc... Love the property and will come back..

Cocoplum condo is a very nice place in a quiet, yet convenient area of 7 Mile Beach... It was a good base of operations for our recent vacation. Furnishings are basic but comfortable & you can snorkel right in front of complex! Property managers were quick to respond to questions. We really enjoyed our trip!

Well Located Quiet Oasis

The condo was well outfitted, comfortable and welcoming. Views of the pool and Caribbean. Low key and quiet. Not for parties or rowdy vacationers. A perfect spot to unwind, swim, snorkel and yet close to everything. A return visit is a definite.

Beautiful property and views!

The views from the porch are spectacular, great sunsets and it's just steps to the pool and beach. The beach is rocky but there are chairs right on the edge of the sand by the pool. The property manager was very attentive, accessible and helpful. The condo is a bit dated but very clean, comfortable and had everything needed. It is very well priced for its amenities and water front location. We did not rent a car but between walking and taxi's had no trouble getting to groceries, restaurants ( truly great options on this island) and activities. We had a lovely time and would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful, peaceful, comfortable and so clean!

Just loved this peaceful area of 7 mile beach. The grounds were like a private backyard with privacy, a patio to read, and never more than 7 people at the pool area! Great snorkeling near the small boat wreck close off shore. Close to a beautiful supermarket. Comfortable mattresses, well equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, and management very responsive to an A/C issue we had. Could not have relaxed and enjoyed ourselves more! We would definitely book again!

We really enjoyed everything about this condo. Which has everything one needs. View, and the beach is stunning!! Clean and very quiet ! Very near the restaurants snd a Whole Foods like shopping . Near the Georgetown where we bought fresh Snapper from the fisherman directly Great sunsets!! Calm sea , excellent for snorkeling and swimming Too bad we only stayed 5 nights We will certainly go back and stay longer. Charming decoration which really makes you feel warm and at home !!

PERFECT accommodations for a perfect island

We just returned from a five night stay and our first visit to Grand Cayman. The property was perfect, well equipped with everything we needed, comfortable beds, amazing view and nice beach. It is conveniently located near the airport and quiet. My teens loved snorkeling the shipwreck and my sea glass beach combing need was perfectly fulfilled by the serene location. We liked that it was a bit out of the way from the big resorts and there weren't people everywhere. Groceries were nearby. Great value and highly recommend Cocoplum #3

Perfect!

This was our first trip to Grand Cayman and our stay at Coco Plum was perfect! We have two boys (10 and 11) who love to snorkel and the snorkeling in front of Coco Plum was one of our favorite places on the island. Each morning we would sit on the patio and look over the beautiful water and some mornings we would watch the ships come in. Beautiful and Amazing!

The location is perfect with a private beach, great snorkeling right out front including a ship wreck! The condo was very clean, well stocked kitchen, and comfy beds. Walking distance to many stores and restaurants. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, beach towels, and two beach chairs stocked in the condo. Sunsets were out of this world! The pool was a little warm for our liking but it was clean and enjoyable. Plenty of loungers, chairs, and tables. Pam was quick to answer any questions! Would definitely recommend and we would love to stay here again!

It was close to the grocery store and easy to catch a cab or take a bus to all of our scheduled activities - Dolphin Cove, Stingray City, Turtle Farm and Pampered Ponies. We also enjoyed the property and the beach! Snorkeling was awesome - we saw many colorful fish, stingrays and sea turtles right out the front door. Our girls enjoyed the sand - castles, burying themselves, swimming and hermit crabs. We would go back in a second and stay at Cocoplum and this unit! The owner was extremely helpful in answering questions prior to arrival and ensuring our stay would be great! Our favorite place to eat was Morgan's Harbour - near Dolphin Cove - otherwise everywhere we went was good.
