We went as a family and this is a perfect place to stay. 2br with King and en-suite bathroom in the main room, and two twins in the 2nd bedroom. You are very close to the beach which is great, but the location of the property was a surprise in itself. It is perfect walking distance to many things. We didn't know that at first and rented a car to explore. The beach in front is quiet and is a great place to hangout. We have teenagers so Jack's is a great place to go and a short walk down the beach. It's a great spot! The Marriott is right next door and we highly recommend Sunday brunch at Anchor and Den's (make reservations). This was our first experience on Grand Cayman and can't wait to go back.

Great location on 7 mile beach. Great views from balcony patio and nice that it was screened in from bugs. Beach was clean and chairs and umbrellas were always available. Everything was great! - one minor inconvenience was the app to reserve the pickleball/tennis court wasn’t working but other guests were accommodating to try to let each other get time.

The ocean view from the veranda is beautiful. The unit is clean, nicely furnished, comfortable and well equipped. The host is friendly, helpful and replies immediately if you have a question. There is plenty of seating in the pool area. The beach is very narrow in front of the complex which limits seating on the beach itself - otherwise a 5 star experience.

Condo was great. Grocery store, restaurants and shopping all within walking distance. The highlight for us was the sunsets every evening. You’re just not going to find a better sunset from the balcony.

Spent six nights at Carol's wonderful place. Highly recommended. For people concerned about sand, in March 2025 there is beach - we spent evenings on the chairs in the sand watching the sun set.
