Condo was very clean, comfortable and well equipped. I enjoyed the thoughtful touches such as the available beach equipment in the closet, the coffee pods left for my use, the filtered water pitcher in the refrigerator and other numerous small touches that helped make my stay enjoyable. The condo is in a convenient location and I would happily stay here again!

Really enjoyed our stay! Right on the beach, made it easy access to the water. You could even drive onto the beach for 10 per day. Grocery store nearby and a lot of restaurants in walking distance. The host provided plenty of towels and the kitchen was fully equipped. Washer and dryer inside the unit and two pools were a nice touch. I came with my son and our small dog and it was enough space for us all safe and clean.

We love staying at OVC, and this was the nicest condo we have rented there. It was very tastefully decorated, very clean, and lots of very thoughtful extras to make your stay super relaxing and comfortable. The host, Darina, is a great communicator and very helpful. We hope to stay at her lovely condo again. The Seafod Kitchen, just across the street, is a great spot for some delicious seafood.

When we arrived, you could tell immediately that the place was prepared for us. Our host thought of everything we might need, so we did not need to rush out to buy staples. We felt right at home in a place so clean. Thank you!

My husband and I have stayed in many condos around St. Augustine and this property by far exceeded our expectations. The owner, Darina, made this unit really feel like home! All of the "additional" touches: shampoo, conditioner, soap, laundry detergent, dish liquid, dishwasher pods... even a few snacks and coffee!! The extra details in quality bed linens and towels did not go un-noticed!! Any question was promptly answered. A wonderful experience and would definitely visit this unit again!!

It was a great place to stay, so clean and very comfortable. I enjoyed my time on the back porch enjoying my morning coffee and wine in the evening watching the sunset. The host reached out to make sure I had everything I needed. The condo looks just like the photos. I would stay there again.

Friends and family stay at the property in a few different units. My unit was exactly as pictured. The unit was very clean and well appointed. The communication with the owner was great and very easy. I would stay again, if ever there again.

My husband and I very much enjoyed our stay at this condo. Loved the decor. Very pretty with shades of blue and its beach theme. We had no trouble getting into our room. Our host checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked. We were just a short walk to the beach and pool. The closest was also stocked with beach and pool items. Our host did a good job of making sure we didn’t want for anything. The next time I am in St. Augustine, I would definitely stay here again.

Darina was an excellent host. She communicated with us and gave clear instructions and details.The heated pool was super close and you could walk or bike to the beach easily too.The condo was supplied with everything we needed and even more. The kitchen had plenty of plates, silverware, glasses, cups, pots, pans and appliances. There were plenty of towels available as well as hand soap and dish soap.The place was very clean upon arrival. The place, Ocean Village, has fun activities too like a Bunco game night. Womens chair yoga and a zumba class. We enjoyed taking walks with our dog and meeting other dog walkers.A very nice place to stay and Darina was a super host! We would highly recommend her and her place.
