We stayed here recently for the second time.It is a charming cottage - as advertised. Everything is neat and orderly. The bath and kitchen areas are nicely updated. All the linens are well done.The owner is nearby and delightful, very helpful.Even the flower gardens around house are neat and beautiful.The back yard has a high privacy fence and there are chairs and table to relax outside.Recommend to anyone without hesitation !

This location was an overall amazing stay! Nice and quiet, with a very cozy atmosphere both inside and out. Along with the homeowner, Mrs. Janet, being super responsive and attentive during the entirety of my stay. The next time I come back to Erwin, I'll have to make sure I book this location for my next stay!

We met Janet as we were 'moving in'. She was helpful and said to contact her if we needed anything. The home was clean and comfortable. Coffee, tea and snacks were available. The home was decorated very nicely. The front yard had curb appeal and the backyard was lovely. For our purposes, the location was in the middle of the towns we needed to visit.
