Incroyable propriété LAKEFRONT, quai privé avec accÚs direct à l'eau

Chalet confortable nichĂ© sur un terrain d'un demi acre de propriĂ©tĂ© riveraine sur l'Ă©tang de cygne. Un endroit parfait pour se dĂ©tendre et profiter de tout ce que le Cap a Ă  offrir. Le nouveau quai offre un accĂšs direct Ă  l'eau. Deux chambres (une king et une queen) sont dotĂ©es de nouveaux meubles et peuvent accueillir confortablement deux adultes dans une literie de luxe. Un troisiĂšme est la configuration de la chambre Ă  coucher pour accueillir confortablement au moins deux enfants dans deux lits simples. La toute nouvelle cuisine comprend des appareils en acier inoxydable, des comptoirs en granit et de belles vues sur l'eau pendant que vous dĂ©gustez votre cafĂ© du matin. Ensuite, rendez-vous Ă  l'une des plages locales Ă  quelques minutes. Lorsque vous revenez d'une chaude journĂ©e Ă  la plage, rafraĂźchissez-vous et nettoyez-vous sous la douche extĂ©rieure. DĂ©tendez-vous dans le hamac ou sur les balançoires tout en dĂ©gustant des cocktails sur la terrasse donnant sur l’eau. Profitez du nouveau spa de 6 personnes. Cuire le dĂźner sur le gril. Faites des smores par un foyer extĂ©rieur ou installez-vous confortablement dans la cheminĂ©e Ă  bois. En plus de 3 chambres distinctes, il y a un canapĂ©-lit dans l'un des salons. The hot tub was perfect and what a view! We cooked together in the large well equipped kitchen. The island is huge. Having the different gathering spots was great for some quiet conversations and some loud singing.

The home was so beautiful! We absolutely would come again. We said multiple times "we would live here." The hot tub was perfect and we used it everyday. The beds were so comfortable. We cooked 3 meals in the wonderful kitchen. We also loved the firepit and had smores there. The view was incredible and so so beautiful. Highly recommend booking this gorgeous home!

We loved it here! Views are amazing, the provided kayaks and paddle boards were a huge bonus as was the hot tub! Kids loved exploring the island and playing in the yard (thank you for providing outdoor games and hammocks-perfect!) The layout of the house is great and very comfortable. I really appreciated that so much helpful information and instructions are given, allowing you to plan accordingly. Aside from there not being any fish in the water to catch (at least during our visit), there is nothing you can complain about with this house and host! It was a great stay :)

Incredible property

What a wonderful cottage in a spectacular setting! Convenient location but hard to leave to go exploring since Wanderer's Rest had so much to offer. If we ever make it back to Cape we will be staying again!

Wonderful Stay!

We had such a fabulous time. They provided everything we could have possibly needed. The location was perfect and the house was beautiful. From the hot tub with a view to the heated toilet seats we felt like stars! We plan on returning in the future!!!!

Cape Cod Getaway

We had a wonderful time at this property. The views were stunning and everything we could ever need during our stay was available. The hot tub was great during the chilly nights and the paddle boarding was amazing during the day. Lots of great restaurants and hiking trails in the area, especially in the fall.

Wonderful!

Absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful home! The view looking over the pond was amazing and we so enjoyed kayaking around, seeing the swans (and other waterfowl!)and listening to the sounds of nature.Spent the mornings on the deck with a cup of coffee and just listening to the birds. The house was a perfect place to unwind and relax, We even did a few puzzles on the couple of rainy days we had. Definitely recommend and would love to return one day!
