- NO PETS
- Please only use toilet paper.
- No flush items: Paper-towels, feminine items, flushable wipes etc.

- 7 mins to Dollar General, Gas stations, and Burnside Marina
- Cell phone signal is spotty on resort
- Bring your own Alcohol (Not sold on resort grounds)
