Beautiful Penthouse with private pool and excellent amenities in a privileged location. The high speed of the internet makes it ideal for combining pleasure with remote work.
The space
The apartment has a kingsize bed, a balcony with a beautiful view of the city. Kitchen equipped with the basics so that guests can prepare their food: ceramic hob, blender, toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator with freezer.
At the top of the penthouse is the terrace with a private pool, and a second bathroom.
Guest access
Guests will be able to access and use the common areas:
Ground floor pool with reading area
Infinity pool on the rooftop.
Rooftop terrace and sun loungers
Gym
Spa (additional cost)
Cinema
Other things to note
We are just a 5-minute walk from the main supermarket in Tulum, which is very convenient when buying your groceries.
The apartment is located in a very central area so you can take a bike ride along the road that takes you to the beach and is full of nice restaurants and shopping plazas. The center is only 15 minutes walk away.
Tulum is constantly growing, and as part of that development, there may occasionally be variations in the electricity service due to improvements in the town's infrastructure. This is a temporary and common occurrence in the area, and we truly appreciate your understanding.
