Nestled in Brutus, this delightful park model home offers a cozy retreat for guests. With 1 queen bed in the bedroom and an additional sofa bed in the living room, there's plenty of space to relax. Amenities like heating, AC, and WiFi ensure a comfortable stay. The tranquil surroundings make it the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy a peaceful getaway. It's easy to see why you'll be able to unwind at our place.
Located within 8 miles of our cottage lies 6 top rated golf courses, with 4 being at Boyne Highlands. Also very close by is a bike path you can ride all the way to Charlevoix on, that travels close to Lake Michigan for part of it. We are also within 10 minutes of Burt Lake and Crooked Lake. If you are bringing an atv, there are plenty trails all around us.
Whether you want to shop Downtown Petoskey, stroll around Harbor Springs or day trip to Mackinac Island, our cottage is the perfect home base to see it all!

I have lived in Northern Michigan since 1986 and my husband is born and raised here. I was born in the U.K., moved to the U.S. as a baby, but moved back to England for 2 1/2 years as a teen. Then back here to this area.
My husband and I love to travel and have stayed at places like ours in many parts of Europe and the U.S.. Our goal is to not only provide a peaceful place for you to relax, but also help you see what a beautiful place Northern Michigan is. We chose this area to live because we are surrounded by peace and nature. Usually every day we see deer walking through our property as well as the occasional turkey, with babies in tow. Sitting back and watching the wildlife is one our favorite things to do.

Rosebud Cottage is unique do to its location. Being centrally located between Petoskey, Harbor Springs and Mackinaw City is one very nice option. We are also located near 6 different golf courses. Then we are surrounded by fields, woods and plenty of wildlife right outside your front door.
