Thank you for your interest in our property. This is an unmatched location. Walk to one of the most beautiful beaches: Petoskey State Park. Hop on the Little Traverse Wheel Way: Located on the Bike Path. In the fall, minutes away from the Tunnel of Trees, during the winter 5 minutes from Boyne Highlands and Nub's Nob. Doesn't matter the season, this home is perfectly located for enjoyment of all seasons. This home has room to sleep 6, with brand new carpet and flooring for 2021 as well as new beds, and paint....Be one of the first to book your reservation.

The townhouse was comfortable enough to make ourselves feel at home. The keypad entry was easy to use. The kitchen was clean, with plenty of dishes. The WiFi worked beautifully. Liked have a main floor powder room. The upstairs bedrooms and bathrooms were clean. Would rent again if I’m in the area.

Great place to stay near petoskey state park!

Location of this condo is perfect. A short walk to the beach and a short drive to local attractions. As other reviews indicate, condo leaves some to be desired in terms of finishes, furniture and amenities. No dish towels in the kitchen and no hot pads to handle a hot plate so bring your own!

Excellent Location!

My wife, two small children and I had a fantastic time staying here. We will definitely be looking to book here again. The location was perfect, close to groceries, brewery, and 9 minutes from the Highlands and Nubs. The property was clean and the hosts were great.

Great location

I stayed here with a friend and our two 11 year old boys. This house is right next to the state park where we spent some time on the beach. The house was clean and had what we needed. There was ice left in the freezer, which we appreciated. Both bedrooms are upstairs and comfortable. Each room has its own bathroom. There isn’t much of a yard to play in if you have young kids.
