    •    2 bedrooms plus a loft (sleeps up to 8 comfortably)

    •    Bedroom 1: Full Bed
    •    Bedroom 2: Queen Bed + Smart TV
    •    The Loft: Queen and King Bed (sleeps 4 total) - It does tend to get hot in the loft, please keep in mind.

    •   Up to two dogs are allowed, with a nightly pet fee. Pets must be included under guest count.
    •   Pet fee must be paid and pet form much be filled out before arrival
    •   Dogs must be kept on a leash. There is potential for other dogs to be on the property

❗️ Please Note:
• There is an occupied apartment (vacation rental) below this unit, which does allow dogs. The lower unit is being remodeled - expected to be complete by the end of 2026, we will schedule projects that cause loud noise around your stay so it does not interrupt you.
• There is NO access between unit A and B/no shared spaces inside the home.
• The side yard is a shared space.
• There is reserved parking in the driveway for this unit only.
