The bright, open living area gives everyone room to relax, with a cozy fireplace for chilly mountain evenings. Whether your plans include skiing, a hot springs soak, or a quiet day at home, there’s a comfortable place to return to.



Outdoor Space

Enjoy fresh air in the large fenced backyard or gather around the fire pit when weather and local fire restrictions allow. Guests have enjoyed spending time in the yard and spotting hot-air balloons overhead on some mornings.

Please supervise pets outdoors. Snow and ice may limit use of the yard and fire pit during winter.

Enjoy private use of the entire home and fenced backyard. Keyless entry with your unique four-digit code makes arrival simple.

Nearby walking routes offer opportunities for fresh air with your dogs when seasonal conditions allow. Pagosa Lakes Recreation Center is also close by, with guest fees applying.



Getting Around:

• Walk to nearby lakes and trails when conditions allow.

• Approximately 7 minutes by car to downtown Pagosa Springs and the hot springs in normal driving conditions.

• A short drive to restaurants, shopping, and groceries.

• Pagosa Lakes Recreation Center is nearby.

• A vehicle is recommended for skiing at Wolf Creek and exploring the surrounding area.

• Allow extra travel time during winter weather.



Other Things to Note:

• Up to two pets are welcome at $75 per pet.

• Please supervise pets in the fenced backyard and clean up after them.

• Check current fire restrictions before using the fire pit.

• Portable A/C and ceiling fans are provided for warmer days.

• Recreation-center guest fees apply; confirm current access arrangements before your visit.

• Confirm applicable permits and seasonal access before planning activities on Pagosa Lakes.
