This apartment has been freshly updated and contains 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and plenty of living space for up to 6 people. It is a basement unit, but is bright and airy. It is located close to Minnesota Ave and 18th st, making it the perfect spot to get around town.

The Space:
Welcome to your delightful Sioux Falls home! This bright and airy two bedroom and one bathroom apartment is the perfect spot for your trip to Sioux Falls. Recently updated with everything new, this apartment lets you feel the comforts of home while on the road.

The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances, including a microwave, dishwasher, blender, toaster, and coffee maker; everything you need to make a wonderful meal. Or, if you rather, there are numerous restaurants on Minnesota Ave just two blocks from this home that can be sampled in a moment.

The two bedrooms each offer a queen bed with a wonderful mattress, as well as closets. If you have a bit larger group, the living room has a pull out queen sleeper for you to enjoy. The bathroom is spacious and well stocked for your stay.

There is a washer and dryer that is free to use just outside of this apartment that is shared with the rest of the building.

Have some fur babies? They are welcome to join you in this pet friendly apartment with a pet fee. Limit of 2 please.

For your comfort, this space has a parking lot for you to keep you vehicle on. We also have complimentary Wi-Fi for you to stream your favorite shows on the smart TV.

Our stay was great! My daughter, and my girfriend and her three daughters were in town for an aerial competition and it was a very convenient location. Would definitely stay here again.

It was very very clean.During our second nights stay the person in the apartment above us started either Riverdancing, moving there furniture or roller skating. Woke us up from a sound sleep and kept making noise for a good hour. Starting at TWO A.M.. I will never stay in basement apartment again!

Host was very unconcerned the valve broke on the shower handle and was running full hot water with no way to shut it off. Didn't respond for hours. They are lucky we are handy people and shut the hot water down to the unit... unfortunately we didn't get showers for the last 24 hours of our stay after a 92 degree day outside at a festival all day. Host iffered for us to go shower in another uncleaned unit. And offered but he never did send any sort of compensation. Pretty expensive place for being dirty under the beds. God forbid you loose a sock under there. Gross. I did catch an ant on the bed an killed a giant spider in the bedrooms. Shower seemed dirty but thats probably because the cleaner couldnt hardly turn the handle to clean... which should've been a sign of an issue. Reached out multiple times thru VRBO and directly thru text.. ghosted. Im a pretty easy person to please and understand things happen as we manage our own properties but non communication and not fulfilling promises. Bad host.
