You can rest easy knowing your stay is covered with $5,000 in "All-Risk" damage protection. Although rare, accidental damage from guests does happen. Traditionally, this was managed via a security deposit or vacation rental damage insurance purchased by the guest. Both are cumbersome and often have limitations in protection. With "all-risk" protection, all accidental damage from a guest is covered unless it's specifically excluded such as, normal wear and tear, infestation, or prior damage. This is covered under a $55 management fee included in the transaction for your stay. Relax and enjoy your stay!! CHILDREN: The property is situated on steep terrain, and the hot tub does not have tall surrounding barriers. For your safety, please supervise children at all times while on the property.

PETS/ANIMALS: Due to severe allergies, this home is not suitable for animals of any kind. We kindly ask that you leave all animals at home. We are happy to accommodate animals at any of our other pet friendly homes.

HOT TUB: Welcome to your private soak! To keep everyone safe, happy, and the tub in tip-top shape, please read these tips—and share with your party.

Safety First: The hot tub has no barriers to preserve the view, and the surrounding land is steep. Children must be supervised at all times.

Shower Before You Soak: Sunscreen, lotions, and glitter are fabulous—but not in the tub! Let’s keep it sparkling clean.

Hot Tub Etiquette:

Do not sit, stand, or lie on the cover or sides. Stainless steel heats up in the sun! Cover the tub immediately when not in use.

No metal objects in the water.

No Food or Glass Near the Water: Broken glass + bare feet = ouch. Please use the plastic cups provided and keep all glassware inside.

Weather Alert: Avoid the hot tub in the rain. Yes, it’s stainless steel.

Alcohol & Drugs: Hot water + alcohol = risky combo. Save your drinks for after your soak.

Health Guidelines:

Max 15–20 minutes per soak to prevent overheating. Consult a doctor if you have heart issues, high blood pressure, or are pregnant. Feeling unwell? Skip the soak.

HOUSE RULES: By staying at our home, you are agreeing to all house rules including pets, unregistered guests, events, etc. We are happy to share our home with guests who are respectful of our home and house rules. If you are not comfortable with our house rules, we understand, and advise you to book a home with house rules you are more comfortable with.

EVENTS/UNREGISTERED GUESTS: We do not allow any unregistered guests or unapproved visitors at our home. If you plan to have anyone onsite that is not included in your reservation, please contact us immediately. Additional guests are subject to additional guest fees. Events or large gatherings are strictly prohibited.

MAX OCCUPANCY: This home can comfortably accommodate 4 guests only. Additional guest requests can be made prior to booking.

NON-SMOKING: Smoking/vaping of any kind is not permitted at the property.

SECURITY CAMERA DISCLAIMER: There are security cameras located at the exterior of the home in the following locations: (1) a driveway camera captures the driveway activity and front of the house only, (2) a front garage camera faces the street capturing the driveway and parking area, (3) a back camera capturing the garage/trash/and HVAC, and (4) a front door camera that captures front door activity. Cameras may be recording audio/visual at any time. Security cameras are located ONLY on the exterior of the home. All cameras are in adherence to VRBO's security camera policy.
