NEW Listing! You deserve this exquisite Oceanfront Condo inside a beautiful resort with THREE tennis courts, THREE pools, THREE jacuzzis, private beach access, restaurants, bars & more! This very clean & spacious 1 bed, 2 bath condo includes granite countertops, tile throughout and a large balcony to soak in the scenery. Sleep in luxury with a King bed in the master bedroom as well as a brand new luxury dynasty, Tempur-Pedic Queen pull out couch mattress in the living room. This condo features cool AC, a spacious living area with flatscreen TVs, and a full kitchen equipped with everything you may need. Sit out on the balcony in the mornings and watch the sunrise over the ocean (Gulf of Mexico). After a full day of fun, sit out in the front to watch the spectacular sun sets over the Laguna Madre Bay
We provide "starter kits" like toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dish soap, ,shampoo/conditioner/body wash to get you started. Wagon with beach chairs provided too!! Find your perfect beach oasis when you stay at this modern South Padre Island vacation rental!
The resort charges a $25 wristband fee for the month of March through April 5 for all persons under age 32.

Excellent location

Coffee every morning on the balcony overlooking the ocean, sunrise walks on the beach, what could be better than that? Very convenient location, close to great restaurants and activities. The condo was very comfortable and clean. We had all the cookware and dishes for preparing our favorite food at the condo. We will definitely be back.

Amazing!!

Beautiful property the condo was awesome great view of the ocean very roomy. I would say the one down side was that the pool could have been a lot cleaner but that didn’t stop us from being there all day. Would definitely stay there again!!

Great property

We had a great stay at Heavenly Views. Check in was simple, the property was clean and the location was perfect! Really comfortable bed and plenty of room. The bonus was having 2 beach chairs and the wagon to take things to the beach! That should really be listed in the property description! We had a great week!

Perfect Place

This condo is wonderful! It was very clean and had everything we needed. The view from the balcony was great! We watched the sunrise every morning. They even had beach chairs and a wagon. That was a nice surprise. It was walking distance to restaurants and shops. We would definitely come back to SPI and stay here!

Perfect Location

Very comfortable and clean condo, and the location is the best. Walks to the beach for the sunrise every morning, and relax by the pool and hot tub in the evening. Great location for restaurants, and I appreciate the security and gated community. The kitchen had all the basics to make cooking and clean up easy. Little extras like beach wagon, beach chairs, beach towels, and umbrella were used and appreciated. We will definitely be back!

Perfect Family Vacation!

This rental was perfect for my family of 4. We have a 5 year old and a 3 year old who fit perfectly on the pull out bed. The king bed is amazing! Super comfortable and the decor was so cute! The view is absolutely stunning! Perfect view overlooking the pool and the ocean. Waking up to the sunrise and being able to enjoy the view while having breakfast and coffee was a dream. The rental owners provide everything you need. We had a coffee pot and a keurig depending on how you like it. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking supplies and utensils. Plenty of towels and beach towels. They even had a wagon, beach chairs, beach toys, and boogie boards for use! The pools were well maintained. Every morning they are out there adding chemicals and cleaning it. I would highly recommend this condo if you’re looking for a beach getaway right on the ocean! We will definitely stay here for all our future visits!
