I really enjoyed my stay here. The property was exactly what I was looking for! It was clean, spacious and adorable. Also the coffee beans they had to make coffee with were delicious. I will definitely be booking again when I come back to Savannah

Comfy cottage perfect for us

We enjoyed our stay but did struggle with air aroma. Maybe a portable filter or dehydrator would help? Location was great to access Savannah area. Nicely supplied and decorated.

Hello, thank you for bringing this to our attention. We will definitely have that checked out as we have never had that come up in the past. The exterminator did come the day before your arrival, so perhaps that was the issue. In the future, we will set 2-3 days after spraying to allow for guest arrivals. Being pet friendly, we clean and spray regularly. We are glad you enjoyed your visit!

I love this house very much! I love the location. I like the street. There arent neighbors right next to you. I love all the plants and trees in the yard, just so beautiful. Its a neat place. The house is very nice. I love the decor. The house is very comfortable. We have no complaints. The bed was great! My husband now wants one. We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely stay again!

We absolutely loved this house! The old charm was amazing and location was great! This is an older house and has been kept as original as possible so keep that in mind, however I love older houses so this was great! The beds were extremely comfortable and we all slept great. I slept better then I ever do in any hotel! I would recommend this home to anyone looking for a quite place to relax.

Yuck! Very dirty!*Due to respiratory issues we could not stay here and had to find a hotel.*The property is badly maintained and cannot be be seen from the road due to overgrowth.The yard it extremely overgrown and infested with mosquitoes and what looks like crickets. Upon entering the house (only way is through the side door) the smell of mold/mildew was strong and you could clearly see it on all surfaces in the kitchen.(See photos) They tried to cover up the smell with a very strong automatic air freshener. When we tried to open the doors to air it out, the smell of what seemed to be dirty cat litter was coming in from the laundry room area. There was food left in the refrigerator from the previous people and the microwave, stove and countertops were filthy and had food and crumbs all over them.(See photos)We found mouse droppings in the cabinet with the dishes and pots and pans.(See photos) There was some kind of dried white stuff all around the sink(see photos). The sheets on the beds and the towels seemed damp and smelled musty. When I tried to contact the owner, they said they weren't able to give a refund and we should take it up with VRBO. I believe that with the photos and videos that I have taken, I should be entitled to a full refund. I'm sure the owners saw us in their cameras having a difficult time with this property.

Hello Christie, I hate that you did not enjoy your visit to Sea Glass Cottage. The guests before and after you gave the home 5 stars and loved the fact that it is so private and tucked into the woods. When you arrived , it had been raining for a week and continued to rain throughout the weekend. Any cancelations/refund requests should go through VRBO so they can help you with “issues”. They would issue a cancellation and open the property for other guests to enjoy. As far as we know, that did not happen. Savannah is famous for mosquitoes and humidity. Locals say that “if it were not for the mosquitoes and humidity, everyone would want to live in Savannah!” The cleaners did leave a chicken in the refrigerator and we would have happily sent them to retrieve it if you had let us know. I do wish you had expressed your concerns with VRBO upon arrival (not 3 weeks later via review) and left the home as you found it. The cleaners after you said it was quite “lived in”
