Sea Colony Resort au bord de l’ocĂ©an Bethany Beach, DE.

Notre unitĂ© est un condo de 3 chambres, 2 salles de bain en bord de mer dans le populaire Sea Colony Resort Ă  Georgetown House. Il s’agit d’une location du dimanche au dimanche (arrivĂ©e Ă  3 heures et dĂ©part avant 10 heures), ce qui nous a Ă©tĂ© beaucoup plus facile d’entrer et de sortir que de louer du samedi au samedi. Des chariots sont disponibles pour vous aider Ă  vous Ă©quiper. Notre famille utilise l'unitĂ© pendant deux semaines l'Ă©tĂ© et a Ă©tĂ© louĂ©e les semaines oĂč nous n'utilisions pas notre maison. L'unitĂ© peut accueillir 8 personnes et dispose d'un lit king size dans la chambre 1, de deux lits simples dans la chambre 2, d'un lit queen size dans la chambre 3 et d'un canapĂ©-lit queen-size dans le salon. Il y a 3 tĂ©lĂ©viseurs et 2 lecteurs de DVD. Nous avions prĂ©cĂ©demment louĂ© notre unitĂ© par le biais de Resort Quest depuis que nous avions achetĂ© le condo en 2006 et l'unitĂ© Ă©tait classĂ©e comme propriĂ©tĂ© de location platine (4 Ă©toiles sur 5). Nous avons un tout nouveau lave-vaisselle et micro-ondes, des murs fraĂźchement repeints et plusieurs amĂ©liorations pour la saison Ă  venir. NOUS OFFRONS MAINTENANT DES LOCATIONS DE LINGE POUR DES FRAIS SUPPLÉMENTAIRES DE 150 $.

Great stay

This was our second stay here. Communication with the owners was great. The condo was perfect for our family! Kitchen had everything we needed. Location was close to the pool and beach entrance Beautiful view from the balcony to watch the sunrise.

When you walk into this condo it's so cozy and furnished perfect. The kitchen has everything you need. The views are spectacular. Rent the linens it makes life so much easier. Cindy was the perfect hostess with GREAT communication. Can't wait to go back..

Great location on the beach in Bethany

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo is in a great location right on Bethany Beach with an ocean view. It is close to pools, tennis, shopping and restaurants. The kitchen has been nicely redone and has everything we needed. We also appreciated having access to beach chairs in the owners' locker. We highly recommend it.

Excellent stay

The apartment had everything that our family of 7 needed and there was ample space for everyone. We used the well-equipped kitchen quite a bit to cook meals. The best part of the property is its location. We were close to both the beach and the pool (right by this apartment building). The hosts were very easy to get in touch with and communication was not a problem at all. We'd definitely come back to Cindy and Joe's wonderful apartment the next time we are at Bethany.

Great week at Sea Colony

We had such a great week at Cindy's condo! The view was beautiful and the balcony had seating plus a small table to use for us to enjoy dinner outside. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The walk to the beach and pools are very convenient and quick. The basketball court is only a few minutes away and we were close enough to walk to the restaurants and shops in Bethany. The linen rental was great to have as an option, made packing for our trip so much easier. We are planning on visiting again in the future!

Lovely week at the beach!

Sea Colony Oceanfront is the best! Sitting out on the patio in the morning with a cup of coffee is just heaven. Though not perfect, this unit is quite nice. We especially enjoyed the lovely new kitchen and appliances. The owners also share the combination to their storage unit in the garage area that has beach chairs, umbrellas, shovels, etc. So convenient if you happen to forget yours! Finally, I appreciated that the owners are very responsive to your needs - if any arise. Overall, we had a lovely week! Thank you!

Comfortable Vacation Home

The condo was very comfortable for 3 adults and 3 children. The kitchen is updated and well stocked. Having 2 bathrooms was very convenient. The condo was clean and well kept. It was an easy walk to the beach and pools. The hosts were very responsive!

Awesome unit!

This is a lovely unit, well stocked and nicely furnished. Centrally located on the beach side of Sea Colony with a beautiful view from the balcony. The owner Cindy was lovely and very responsive when I needed to contact her. Recommend without reservation.

very clean; linen service was great; the owners left numerous beach chairs and umbrellas for us to use, and they were in good condition. View was spectacular; you could see the sunrise from the master bedroom. Definitely be back if possible.

What a fabulous location... loved the fitness center and the cycling....

Great location

It was a great location. We enjoyed our stay but there were a few things that could are due to be fixed but being the end of the season I understand. Some things could be updated. They would really benefit from a curved shower rod in the main bathroom. The shower is very narrow and the curtain stuck to us a lot. Overall it was great and I would love to stay there again if we visit Bethany

Our Stay

Very happy with property- both overall and unit specific. A bit disappointed in pool access. I have a broken ankle and distance made using pool difficult. Otherwise a perfect vacation!

Our family lives in the Washington DC area. We are about 3 hours from our condo. We enjoy vacationing at the condo and use it annually for our own summer vacation.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

Oceanfront unit. No need for a car once you arrive at the complex. Family friendly beach and community. A Dunkin Donuts, a CVS and the very popular Boathouse restaurant/bar are right out the front door and across the street. Several other restaurants and a liquor store are within easy walking distance of the unit. Downtown Bethany and its shops/restaurants along with the very safe boardwalk are within 1/2 mile and the walk or bike ride is safe along sidewalks. Others chose to drive and park in town at metered spots.
Many activities for kids and adults at Sea Colony. A heated pool/kiddie pool is right in front of building, while the indoor pool and spa is 50 yards away in the Edgewater House. 24 hour security provides that no loud parties or noises allowed. Clean well kept complex; no towels are allowed to be put on balcony railings (we provide rack). This is our family condo that we use as well as rent out, so it is well maintained. We have family games, DVDs and videos available for use in the condo.

Wake up to the sunrise. Go out on the balcony and sip a cup of coffee while overlooking the ocean. It is so convenient for families since it is located so close to the pool and ocean. The town of Bethany is a nice beach community without the craziness of the big beach locations. Safe and family friendly. We want this to be a vacation home for your family to enjoy.
