The apartment includes fast Wi-Fi, TV, a dedicated workspace, board games, beach toys, and chairs. The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, kettle, sandwich maker, and toaster. Perfect for families, couples, or remote workers—your seaside escape awaits! This bright and modern 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment offers the perfect blend of comfort and coastal charm. Wake up to the sound of waves and enjoy stunning, unobstructed ocean views from your private balcony. The apartment features a cozy living room ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach, a fully equipped kitchen for cooking your favorite meals, and a comfortable bedroom with fresh linens and a restful atmosphere. Whether you're here for a romantic getaway, a solo escape, or a working vacation, this beachfront gem has everything you need for a peaceful and memorable stay. Upon arrival, each guest must register at the registration office, open 24/7. There, guests will be provided with plastic wrist bands which must be worn to access the amenities. Guests are required to pay $30 for each key FOB that will grant them access to the facilities of the building. Each key fob covers 2 adults ages 12+ 1-2 adults : 1 fob 3-4 adults : 2 fobs 5-6 adults : 3 fobs There are laundry rooms located on each floor next to the elevators. A laundry card is provided for guests in the unit. Guests must add funds to the laundry card if they wish to use these services. The top up machine is located in the lobby next to the mailboxes. Optional beach service is offered by the complex and is available for an additional cost. *Note: Beach essentials such as umbrella and chairs are provided in the unit free of charge during your stay.* Parking fees Daily/Overnight : $40 1 week : $100 2 weeks : $125 3 weeks : $150 4 weeks : $175 (In & out privileges are only for 1 week +) Package delivery (deliveries from Amazon, etc.): $ 7 each.

Our few night stay here was great! Beautiful views of the beach, clean space and great host with effective communication! The complimentary board games and beach chairs was a plus, would definitely stay here again.

We had a fabulous stay at the tides. The unit was clean, well equipped, and had a nice view of the ocean from the balcony. We enjoyed a lot of time at the pool area and beach with loungers and umbrellas always available. It was easy to walk/bus/uber to the boardwalk area for entertainment and great restaurants, and groceries were nearby. We would definitely stay again!

Condo as pictured, was able to check in early and it was super easy. Highly recommend this condo, comes with everything you need for a relaxing day at the beach. Host very quick to reply & more than helpful with all questions/issues.

Let me start by saying that Ivonne is an excellent host. She provided communication and was detailed with her instructions. The staff at the condo were very friendly. The unit was very clean, it was comfortable for my family of 3, the view was spectacular, and the location was perfect. I could not be more pleased with our stay. I highly recommend it to others and I will definitely rebook for future stays.

This was the worst rental experience of our lives. The check-in was a total nightmare because the host never sent any instructions or the door code for the property. We were locked out in the hallway from 9 PM to midnight with children who urgently needed the restroom. The host completely ignored all our calls and messages during this emergency. We finally managed to get inside, but the security of the property is highly questionable. Later in the trip, the defective electronic door lock broke completely, trapping us and ruining another full day of our family vacation. The host offered zero apologies or compensation for the defective amenities and lack of communication, acting like this terrible service is just the "norm" for this apartment. Do not risk your family's vacation by staying here!

Your comments are inconsistent with the excellent reviews we have consistently received across all of our rental platforms, and several of the statements in your review do not accurately reflect what occurred during your stay. We acknowledged that there was an issue with the electronic door lock. This was caused by the building changing its internet service provider, which temporarily affected the lock's connectivity. As soon as we became aware of the issue, we addressed it by providing you with a physical key so that you could access the apartment. Regarding check-in, our system sends the access code to the phone number provided with the reservation. Unfortunately, if an incorrect phone number is entered by the guest, the code cannot be received as intended. Your review also leaves out important circumstances surrounding your stay. You acted in bad faith remaining in the apartment for the entire reservation and had full use of the apartment and the building's amenities and after checking out you requested a refund for your stay. Additionally, following your departure, we found damage to the balcony door, and the apartment was left in an exceptionally poor condition requiring significant attention after checkout. We respect every guest's right to provide feedback, including criticism when appropriate. However, we believe reviews should present an accurate and complete account of the experience, including the actions taken by the host to resolve any issues that arose during the stay.
