The property was great, well maintained with all the nrcessary facilities. The only slight issues were no boardwalk on the beach or nearby bars or restautants. However, this was overcome by taking Ubers to get to them. Overall a great place to stay and value for money.

This review is more about property management, rather than the owner of the unit. This is because we never actually stayed in the room. We were whirl-winded through the check in process and whisked to our room. Upon settling in, we noticed some differences in what we booked & the room we were in. Turns out that our room was supposed to be a BEACHFRONT facing unit on a lower floor. We were given a BEACHVIEW room along the side of the building. Considering the long check in process, only a 3 night stay, & the fact we had time booked for activities and with friends; we simply didn’t feel like potentially dealing with hours of a room change, so we just stuck with it. Disappointing that we paid for a beachfront balcony & had something along the side instead. Location and amenities were nice.

Can't beat the location for access to beach. There were two pools and plenty of food options nearby. Hollywood beach boardwalk is about 40 minutes walking distance but very doable. Overall we had a very enjoyable stay!

I couldn’t get enough of that view, sitting in the balcony hearing the waves . Excellent location . The apartment itself needs a lot of renovating ,if they would update the furnishings , linens and accessories it would be great! I tried contacting the host before my arrival 3 times and she never answered. Guests are asked to leave the pool area by 7:30 pm, strange since Sun doesn’t go down until like 9pm. We just wanted to eat at the gazebo and we were not allowed . Overall a good experience but for sure if owner takes better care of the apartment it would be so much better .

Weekend getaway

Very nice condo overlooking the beach.

The condo was nice and the balcony overlooked the ocean. Was very clean and the pool area was clean. Was a very nice experience overall.

Absolutely beautiful view, Best part of this somewhat dated condo. Add’l necessities for travelers would have been ideal. Also just the living necessities were very basic- no washclothes, kitchen towel,or bathroom mat of any kind. Host very attentive when we notified her of smoke detector battery alarm going off in the condo. Bummer that heavy equipment bringing in sand lasted 2 days on the beach.

Enjoyed our stay.

The apartment was as pictured and the supply of beach items was great! Everything we needed to spend the day on the beach. We were conveniently located within walking distance to Walmart. We had a great time!
