Welcome to our brand new mountain home in Fairplay, Colorado â a space we`ve lovingly created to host cozy gatherings, peaceful escapes, and unforgettable memories.
Built in 2025, this 3-bedroom, 2-bath home is nestled on a private one-acre lot surrounded by lodgepole pines and aspens. Inside, youâll find soaring vaulted ceilings, warm beetle-kill pine accents in the bedrooms, and stylish, all-new furnishings. Each bedroom features a comfortable queen-size bed, and the open-concept living area is perfect for reconnecting with loved ones after a day of outdoor adventures.
Enjoy your morning coffee on the wraparound deck, breathe in the crisp mountain air, and take in the beauty of the forest around you. This is more than a short-term rental â itâs a home we deeply value and are excited to share with guests who will appreciate its charm and treat it with care.
Whether you`re planning a family getaway, a coupleâs weekend, or a gathering of close friends, we hope youâll feel right at home â and want to return year after year.

Early check-in and late check-outs are subject to $25 per hour fee.

Pet Policy: Only allow 2 pets at a time for a flat $100 fee when booking. Please inquire if you plan to include more than 2 pets.
