You can whip up your favorite meal in the chef’s kitchen, which has a 36” cooktop with 6 burners. You can also keep your drinks cold in a wine / beverage refrigerator. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a selection of pots, pans, and baking utensils, inviting you to explore your culinary and baking adventures.

Prepare a tasty drink at the fully equipped bar, which also has an espresso machine, a Keurig coffee maker and a milkshake station.
Taking the spiral stairs up to the second level, you'll find three bedrooms all equipped with Roku TVs. The primary bedroom has a King bed with a twin trundle underneath and a dedicated workspace with high speed Wi-Fi for seamless connectivity. Enjoy expansive views of the ocean from the primary bedroom or step outside onto the balcony to catch a beautiful view of the sunset / sunrise. The fireplace is the perfect place to curl up with a book as you unwind from the day. The attached en-suite bathroom is a spa dream, with a whirlpool jetted tub, walk-in shower, double vanity, and toilet room. The second bedroom has a Cal King bed, is beautifully designed with coastal wallpaper and also has expansive oceanfront views. You can leave the curtains open to awaken to a glorious morning sunrise! The third bedroom has a Cal King bed, is designed with fun coastal wall paper and has plenty of storage space with a large built-in. This level also includes a half bathroom and a full-size washer and dryer.

Taking the spiral stairs up to the attic level, an entertainment haven awaits - challenge your friends and family to board games or a pool table game. You will find a large game room, equipped with a wet bar and lounge area complete with bean bag chairs, disco ball and a record player. The game room includes numerous board games that guarantee a great time. Pricing of our home is on a per guest and per pet basis and applies to the entire reservation length (regardless if some guests / pets are only visiting, won't be sleeping over on certain nights, etc.) - we ask all guests to enter the total number of guests / pets that will enter our home when booking, to see accurate pricing and avoid price changes for additional guests / pets added after booking.

Please note: during hurricane season our area is prone to inclement weather. We encourage guests to consider purchasing travel insurance for any unforeseen weather or health events to protect your reservation.

We have a stocked beach closet with beach chairs, umbrellas and sand toys. However, if these items are stolen and/or broken, we cannot guarantee their availability.

🐞 Wildlife/Bugs
Expect to encounter wildlife. We often see dolphins in the water and bald eagles or other falcons flying around. There will be bugs! A cost of being so close to water. Consider packing bug spray, and please keep all doors/windows to the house closed when not in use.

🚙 Parking
The house has 4 parking spaces that are shared between both units. Your reservation will come with 2 parking spaces.
