Great location-we enjoyed fishing on the dock and a short walk to the beach. Super friendly and welcoming neighbors, and very appreciative of how pet-friendly it was so that we could bring our two dogs with us. Anastasiya was a great host, and quickly responded any time we reached out. We really enjoyed our stay here (so much so that we booked it an additional night while we were there!)

We have stayed here several times and we were so happy to be back! Everything is exactly as pictured, the communication with host is great, the unit is clean and well appointed, and the location is perfect!

The property was in a great location, clean and as described. It was within walking distance to a great restaurant. I did leave 3 of my nicest caps in the room. I'm still hoping they will send them to me.

Small but nice complex with common grassy area, garden sitting area, pool, and fishing dock. Dog friendly unit with all tile floors. Short 5 min walk to the beach and close to Brewster Street on the island.

Quick weekend getaway

We booked this unit because it was a great price, allowed pets (2 Yorkies) at no extra cost, had a place to park our boat (boat slip) which was super convenient. Host was super communicative and the neighbors that live there were super friendly and helpful. We will book here again the next time we want to enjoy Corpus Christi.

Loved the view of the lake/canal. Dog friendly, people that live on property are friendly. Its close to the beach, shops, and walking distance to a fish restaurant. No grass in the back yard but the front yard has grass for your doggos. Love the balcony that you can walk out on from the bedroom. You can see the lake from it.

Comfortable & Cute

My husband and I wanted a short get away and we planned on bringing our two dogs, which we didn’t after all. We were drawn to the fact this location offered us the option to bring more than one pet. This location was also not far from the beach . We also had a dock area where you could hang out and fish if you wanted to or bbq and just relax. The place it self was very cute and well maintained. The owner was very nice and communicated well with us and was available if we needed anything. We definitely will stay again.

Accurate photos. However, we had a few issues though that prove the place needs better maintenance. On the first night, the ceiling fan fell out of the ceiling and landed on my husband. It was clear that it wasn't installed properly. The owner didn't even offer a partial refund until we requested one.One of the tv remotes wasn't charged, making it useles. The other tv couldn't keep an internet connection.Appreciate the dehumidifier, but the drain line clearly has mildew or mold in it.

Thank you for your review. I would like to clarify several points for accuracy. During your stay, there was an unexpected issue with the ceiling fan due to an installation defect. This was addressed immediately after your departure — the fan and electrical box were fully replaced by a licensed electrician to ensure safety. Throughout your stay, I remained responsive and repeatedly asked how I could assist. I am known for resolving issues quickly — including emergency situations — and always make myself available to guests. However, no request for a refund was made until the end of the stay, at which point I still provided a $120 partial refund as a gesture of goodwill. Regarding the additional comments: properties located near the ocean naturally experience higher humidity levels, which is why a dehumidifier is provided. Occasional internet interruptions can also occur on the island, although I provide high-speed service, cable channels, and upgraded internet for guests. Any concerns such as remote batteries could have been resolved immediately if communicated, typically within minutes. I encourage guests to communicate concerns in real time so they can be addressed promptly. I also want to note that this matter has been formally documented with VRBO. As a host of over 10 years, I remain committed to maintaining high standards, transparency, and guest support.

A very nice place and great host

We stayed for most of January and all february. We would drive to the seawall parking lot (2 minute drive), or the beaches (2 min to whitecap, 3 min to the near jetty, or 25 min to Port Arkansas beach and jetty. We like the location of the unit, a lot. The condo is in this 10 unit complex. It has a dock facing west. It a nice place to relax. The neighbors are very friendly. Our unit is very thoughtfully furniture and decorated. Anastasia mentioned that they used it in the summer. It has a good vibe. Anastasia is very easy to communicate. Very responsive. For example, one day we mentioned that we could use more wine glasses; Amazon deliver new (nice) ones in a day or two. It's also nice to deal with a owner than an agent, in general, IMO. We highly recommend Anastasia and this place.

Great Hostess

When we got there the place had not be cleaned from the previous tenants because I believe an emergency had come up with the person responsible for it. That’s life, things happen. The hostess was very understanding and ordered a vacuum cleaner for me to use. I did the laundry and made the bed. The lady came and cleaned two days later. However I vacuumed and mopped every other day. With a dog you have too since we were there for 2 weeks.I will say the location was great, the neighbors are very sweet. The electricity went out on our last day there so we left early. It was so dark we pack in the dark and I couldn’t straighten the place up or do anything without electricity, I felt so bad because the hostess was so sweet and helpful.
