Inside, you’ll find two spacious bedrooms and two full bathrooms, including two modern showers and a luxurious soaking tub, complete with a towel warmer for spa-like relaxation. The primary suite features a plush king-size bed and a dedicated work-from-home space with a desk, while the second bedroom is a dream for kids—custom-built queen size bunk beds (Pinterest-worthy!) and a walk-in closet with a play table and games.

Upstairs, both bedrooms share access to a peaceful balcony overlooking the marina, furnished with a cozy sofa, chairs, and a table—the perfect spot for morning coffee or evening wine. Every detail, from the water softener and reverse osmosis drinking system to premium bedding and towels, has been selected to enhance your stay.

Guest access:
Guests have full access to the home, including the backyard and deck. Please note that there are a maximum of 6 guests allowed. We respect our neighbors and politely ask to be mindful of noise, thus the reason we have a strict limit on the number of guests we allow.

We are unable to accommodate pets at this time. This home has been recently remodeled with modern finishes and luxurious amenities, and we strive to maintain its pristine condition for all guests to enjoy.

Discovery Bay is a very lively and active water community. It is full of energy, especially during summer weekends when boating and water activities are in full swing! While it’s not the quietest escape in peak season, it’s the perfect spot for fun-filled family gatherings, waterfront BBQs, and making the most of the Delta lifestyle.

In the winter months, the pace slows down, making it an ideal retreat for cozy evenings by the fire, home-cooked meals, and peaceful views of the water.
