Aprox. Belle maison de 3300 pieds idéale pour la baignade, la navigation de plaisance et d'autres types d'activités nautiques. Parfait pour récompenser vos employés avec une retraite au bord de l'eau ou tout simplement un rassemblement paisible avec des amis et la famille.

Large zone fluviale pour la baignade et une grande terrasse offre de nombreux espaces pour bronzer et se détendre.

2 très grands lits, 2 grands lits, 2 grands lits, 2 lits jumeaux et 2 futons, un dans la chambre principale et un dans le grenier à l'étage, 2 lits portatifs dans le placard de marche principal. Salle de bain principale avec jacuzzi et dressing.

Table de billard, table d'échecs, 2 bars, une grande salle familiale, foyer, 3 téléviseurs, Netflix dans 2 téléviseurs, Internet sans fil, un lecteur DVD, système de son avec Bluetooth, poste de travail avec une imprimante connectée au wifi, livres, films et Jeux. Le mobilier d'extérieur comprend un ensemble de salle à manger pour 6 avec un parapluie, 6 chaises longues, un foyer avec un ensemble de quatre chaises de patio, 2 hamacs, 6 chaises empilables, une glacière portable et un grill.

Nous avons 5 kayaks, 4 planches à pagaie à utiliser par les clients, ainsi que 17 gilets de sauvetage de différentes tailles, 4 cannes à pêche mini-système mini spin Ultralight et 3 cannes à pêche régulières.
Situé à environ 1 h. Pour les vignobles de San Francisco et Napa, il y a aussi une cave à Byron à moins de 5 km de la maison.

L'espace

voile, golf, natation, ski nautique et canotage. Pêche également depuis le pont. Vous pouvez également choisir d'aller à la région viticole ou à San Francisco en seulement une heure de route de la maison ou faire de la randonnée vers le mont Diablo.

Kitchen was filthy. Needed a deep clean. Sticky food spills inside cupboards and on dishes. Dead roaches in traps and spider infestation in the kitchen. Contacted host asking for assistance and someone to clean. She threatened us with eviction 30 minutes after arrival. It’s unfortunate because the area is beautiful, the view is gorgeous but the home needs pest control and a very very deep clean.

My house has McCauley pest control and the cleaning company does a thorough clean. This group through a party at my house and the neighbors called me to complain about the noise she did not say she wanted to rent to throw a party and I asked her to leave and would refund all the money, they refused to leave and left my house a mess and filthy with broken dishes.

We rented this property for a retirement getaway for some colleagues. There was a major sink backup/plumbing issue that occurred between the kitchen and bar sinks which caused a terrible smell and panicked bailing of water on our first night in the home. We contacted the owner and she sent a plumber to snake out the drains, but unfortunately the plumber didn't arrive until after 11pm so it was a very late night managing that. We appreciated the owner checking in with us the following morning to see how things were going and whether the problem was resolved. Thankfully it was.As mentioned by other reviewers, the home is in need of some updates. There were plenty of cooking pots and pans but the stove was sooooo slow to heat up that it took a long time to get our meals prepared. The fridge doors didn't have any storage (broken off). The dining room furniture is white and was dirty. Some of the outdoor furniture also needs replacing like the hammock and a chair or two, yet most were functional. It was a hot weekend. The air-conditioner was not very efficient, and we couldn't change the temp on the thermostat so it felt pretty hot at bedtime and some windows didn't open. Loved the kayaks and paddle boards! Our group thoroughly enjoyed them! Chatting on the deck with morning coffee and evening cocktails were highlights too.Overall, we had an awesome time with one another and that's the main thing, but some upgrades would make a big difference in the value of this listing.

Large family stay

This place was great for accommodating our large family for 4 nights. We enjoyed the pool table, bbq, fire table, and made use of two kayaks. If you plan on swimming you will have to go elsewhere as there is lots of seaweed.

The host was very accommodating and allowed us to check in early.The house was in a beautiful spot for our family gathering. The bed space was represented weird on the website compared to the actual places the beds were. We also found one crib instead of the two listed. We noticed that the house had a few things that needed to be updated or replaced. Fixing those would make a bid difference. The dock, kayaks, pool table, back patio, gas firepit and gathering space were HUGE pluses. We enjoyed our stay!

Great House, Amazing location

Perfect place for a large family gathering

Good for a guys group. Best thing about the place is the outdoor deck and the boat slip. The place is tucked way in the back of the bay, however, and it takes about 15-20 min to get out to fast water. We also had a major problem with the kitchen plumbing. Water would not drain so had to use the laundry room to wash dishes.

Fabulous home in a great neighborhood!

Plenty of room for the entire family! Comfortable beds and plenty of towels! The House was spacious and clean! The family had a good time playing pool and chess! Was nice to sit out on the deck and watch the sunrise and sunset! Great memories were made for our family Christmas! I would stay again! The owners are very pleasant! Thank you to the Albert for letting us stay in their wonderful home.

Nice retreat

Though some features were surprising (shelves removed from the fridge, kitchen sink tap missing the switch to easily change it from pot filler to spray), the building is spacious, comfortable, and built for lots of different socializing spaces. We used 5 different locations/tables for different conversations, over the weekend, and each had strengths.

Right on the water with lots of toys

Nice big property with a garage full of paddle boards and kayaks to use. A few sliding doors weren't working but the owner let us know ahead of time. Some updates could be done to the place (and a bit of cobweb removal) but overall a pleasant stay and what we expected.

Great place, just needs little tlc

Excellent location, huge place. Would have been 5 star except for fact that hvac couldn't keep up with the heat. Most of beds are 2nd story, and had a hard time getting temp below high 70s and low 80s. Also in need of some minor repairs to primary door to patio and dock. Kitchen was great for cooking for a crowd. Huge selection of water toys, and beautiful dock that easily fit three boats. All in all, an excellent value.

Group ages 3 to 70. Nice home and accomodated the group well. Location is great when you use all the recreational options supplied by the owner. AC unit not an adequate to cool home in excessive heat. One queen bed cannot really be used due to mattress issues.

Thank you for your comments, I understand you did not feel the A/C was adequate at 74 degrees but you should had considered that we had an unusual heat wave and outside was 104 degrees which is very hot for this area, also every room has a fan on the house., this is something that is the first time that we here from a guest. With respect to the bed we are replacing that bed. We are glad that you had a good time and found the house and location nice.

Great area

Overall the trip was beautiful and the area is super nice. Some property issues of maintenance things that can be fixed and updated. back fence latch, cleaning behind couches, organizing all cabinets and drawers, accessibility of opening doors for possible3 fire escapes and fresh air. TV better directions for using if working. The house is big and nice and great access to the water right in backyard. We hope to come back!

I am glad you like the house and plan to come back. You did not read the guest book that have all of the instructions and the remotes control of the TV’s was hard to operate for you. This is an issue nobody has mentioned before. All doors to the back area, side areas and front areas can open for fresh air, including a 16 foot slider to the back deck provides a great area close to the water.
