Sand Dollar Cottage: A Cozy Coastal Retreat
Nestled just a short stroll from the ocean, Sand Dollar Cottage offers a delightful escape for a couple or a small family. This quaint beachside haven features one bedroom, one full bathroom, and comfortably accommodates up to three guestsâideally two adults and a child. With its pet-friendly policy, even your furry companion can join in the seaside fun.
Inside, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living area with a fireplace, and all the essentials for a relaxing stay. The cottage's simple charm and proximity to the beach make it an ideal spot for those seeking a peaceful retreat by the sea. Whether you're enjoying a morning coffee or an evening sunset, Sand Dollar Cottage provides the perfect backdrop for cherished memories.
Per City Ordinance, occupancy cannot be exceeded at any time, that does include visitors stopping by. Children and infants count toward occupancy. All vehicles staying at or visiting a vacation rental in the city must park on the designated spaces on the property and not on the street.
A MESSAGE FROM OUR FAMILY: We are so thankful for your support during these trying times. As always, if the cities of Seaside, Gearhart, or Cannon Beach prohibits us from hosting guests, your trip will be covered for a 100% refund.
By booking in advance, you are supporting the thirty families that work within our company. We appreciate you and hope youâll consider us for your business. We are going even more in depth with our cleaning program to ensure your comfort and peace of mind during your stay. This includes using an EPA certified disinfectant as our main surface cleaner throughout the home.

Seaside Vacation Homes has fifty of the cleanest and most highly maintained homes within a diversity of price points in our collection. Minimum booking requirements are generally 2 days from September - June excluding holidays where there is a 4 day minimum.
The minimum age for renting is 25 years old.
