Premier étage, face à l'océan, condo entiÚrement rénové

Ce magnifique condo au premier étage face à l'océan a deux chambres et deux salles de bains. Il a été entiÚrement rénové en 2011. La chambre principale a un lit king size et l'autre chambre a deux lits doubles. Il peut accueillir 6 personnes. AccÚs facile à la plage et à la piscine qui se trouve juste à l'extérieur des portes coulissantes en verre. Le condo a des carreaux de céramique dans la cuisine et le salon, des comptoirs en granit et de nouveaux appareils. L'unité dispose également d'une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite, d'un cùble T. V. et d'appels interurbains gratuits. Il a également une télévision à écran plat dans le salon et les deux chambres. Le grand balcon offre une table et des chaises pour regarder le beau lever de soleil.

We absolutely love this place. Extremely clean and you cannot beat the first floor location. Close to the pool and the beach and just a short drive to downtown. It is the perfect size and layout for our family! Stayed there last year and loved it so much, we booked again this year.

The property was well outfitted, clean, easy to access, right on the ocean and the view was beautiful. There was even a grassy area just outside the door where the children could run and play. Communication with the host was easy, response time was amazing, and host was extremely helpful! Beds were comfortable. If you are looking for a place in Fernandina Beach - this is it!!!

Clean Condo and Great Location

Holly’s condo was extremely clean and spacious. We loved there was plenty of seating in the living room area and the kitchen had plenty of counter space. The ground floor condo made it extremely easy to access the beach with little ones.

Great condo

This was our third year in K1, and it was great yet again. Already booked it for 2024. It’s clean, open, in the perfect location, and has comfortable furniture and beds.

Excellent place with Beautiful 1st floor views!

The property was amazing. Very clean. Loved the first floor direct walkout to the pool and the beach! The view was incredible. Dolphins, sunsets and the boardwalk! Thank you for hosting such a great place!
