"Paradise Palms" is a sparkling clean and beautifully updated ground floor condo at Amelia Surf & Racquet Club. Step right out your patio door to take a dip in one of the 2 community pools, or walk right out to Amelia's beautiful, wide, sandy beaches.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you’ll need to cook or enjoy take out meals and the dining room table overlooks a stunning view of the ocean.

Our light and bright main living area boasts two comfy Pottery Barn couches, loads of fluffy pillows and throw blankets for your enjoyment. Snuggle up and watch a movie, read a book, play games or do a puzzle to take a break from the sun.

The ocean-view Master Bedroom has a king-sized bed and blackout curtains for a restful night’s sleep. There are plenty of USB outlets for mobile devices, and the bedside clock is also a Bluetooth Speaker. You can access the oceanfront patio directly from the bedroom as well.

We purchased brand new patio furniture in October, 2020 - perfect for 2-4 people to eat, have a glass of wine or a cup of coffee while listening to the waves crash in.

At Paradise Palms, you are nestled in between the Ritz Carlton and Omni Amelia Island Plantation Resorts, which boast world-class dining, spa and golf experiences. You are also within a 5-15 minute drive of multiple State Parks, countless water activities, and all the cuisine and shopping that downtown Fernandina Beach has to offer.

Loved the unit and location. Walk right out to the pool or continue down the path to the beach. Loved the sunrise and mornings on the beach. Great hosts and accommodations. Plan to be back.

First time staying on Amelia Island

We enjoyed our stay. We had a beautiful view of the sunrise. It was nice to be on the ground level. Didn't have to worry about taking the elevator. We just opened the door and the beach was steps away. The only con for us, was the bed. We are used to a firmer mattress. Other than that, we are happy first-timers to Amelia Island.

Wonderful Place for Our Getaway!

Our 1st visit to Amelia Island, but it will not be our last! We found the place to be absolutely charming. The condo was as wonderful as it appeared in the pictures. It is located in a slightly isolated but beautiful portion of the island that is quiet and outside the hubbub. Yet the island is small enough that you can get to anywhere quickly. Communication with the owners was top notch! Thank you for letting us use your place!

Anniversary Trip

Location and codo are beautiful. Very clean place to stay. Pictures do not do it justice. Checking in and out was very easy. Sarah the owner was very nice and very informative and responded to messages. Highly recommend for a peaceful and relaxing getaway!

You won't be disappointed.

A very nice and well-maintained property. Great location. We appreciated being on the ground floor and not having to navigate steps or elevators. Hopefully will get back there again.

Amelia Island what a GEM!!

The property was just like the listing
.nice finishes, supplies, location to beach and pool. Amelia Island is a hidden gem
.beautiful and natural. The condo could use some touch ups..baseboards are in need of paint and some of the walls have seen better days. The condo was very CLEAN but could use a little facelift

A short vacation to remember !

What to say
 Amelia Island was a lovely place to visit! Mary and I were so relaxed we did not want to leave! The accommodations were GREAT, and all the restaurants we visited were to die for! Amelia Island Cruises and Fort Clinch were both great excursions! We will be back!!!

Hi, and welcome to "Paradise Palms"! We are Michael and Sarah Harris. We live in Atlanta full time, but Amelia Island is our favorite place to visit. We got married in 2010, and for our 10th wedding anniversary we purchased this adorable oceanfront condo. We are so thankful that we own this little slice of heaven - and that we get to share it with you! (We also own the 1BR/1BA unit next door, VRBO ID 2578408).

"Paradise Palms" is an easily accessible, ground floor unit at the beautiful Amelia Surf and Racquet Club. We love pulling up to this quiet end building, easily rolling in our luggage, and walking right out to the beach or pool. We are also big fans of the beaches on the southern end of the island. It's a little quieter and a little less crowded here - not to mention sandwiched in between all the amenities of both the Ritz Carlton and the Omni Resorts!

We've made every effort to make sure this is a comfortable, well-equipped retreat for you! We offer beach towels, beach chairs, a beach umbrella, tennis racquets and outdoor games for your enjoyment in the sunshine. If you need a break from the sun, we have provided cable TV, a Google Chromecast to stream your favorite shows, free WIFI, a Blu-Ray/DVD player, games, puzzles and books. We sincerely hope you have a GREAT time while you are here, and that you'll come visit again soon!
