These 5 bedrooms in this home are truly designed for style & comfort, each with their own smart TV! Upstairs, the large master bedroom has a king bed, dedicated workspace (desk), and a private ensuite bathroom. There is one more bedroom upstairs, which has two queen beds.

On the lower level, there are 3 more bedrooms. Two of those bedrooms have 1 king bed in each, while the fifth and final bedroom is SUPER fun & unique, with a custom full-over-full bunk bed and a built-in slide!

There are 3 full, modern bathrooms throughout this home, each with a sink, toilet, and shower/tub combo. Upstairs, there is a private ensuite bathroom connected to the master bedroom & one more full bathroom accessible from the hallway.

Pool heating fee: $100 per reservation, set to 85F (The pool is only available from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend)

Pet Fee: $50 per pet per night, maximum of 4 pets (vaccination records required).

This property includes security features, such as Schlage smart locks and Ring floodlight cameras, for your safety and peace of mind.

Our home is situated within a gated community, and it is required for all guests to complete the Guest Registration and Lease Form. It’s a standard procedure aimed at enhancing safety for all residents and guests. Additionally, the HOA strictly enforces a 4-car limit per reservation, and once the reservation has started, cars cannot be switched, so please plan accordingly.

Smoking: Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home or on the property. A violation of this policy will result in a minimum $250 fine to cover deep cleaning and odor removal.
