Dockside Play and Outdoor Relaxation
Outdoors, View Haven delivers big on fun and comfort. Spend your day hiking through the trails or just enjoying the amazing view from the hillside point the house sits on. You'll see plenty of wildlife on this property including deer, small fox and bald eagles. If you're a bird watcher, you'll be in Ozark heaven spotting all our varieties.When you're ready for water fun, head down to the dock that is easily accessible by walking or car and has very gentle 2” high steps on the approach. Take in some rays on the expanded sun deck, or enjoy the breeze in the expansive covered deck. Outfitted with a 6x15 swim mat, easy exit Wet Steps swim ladder, floaties, and water gear including 2 adult kayaks, 1 child kayak, and 1 paddleboard, you won't run out of options for a day full of fun. Lounge or fish from the dock using the provided fishing poles and tackle, then gather around the fire pit or enjoy a lakeside meal from the propane grill.

Spacious and Fun-Filled Indoors
Inside, guests will find four comfortable bedrooms, three full baths, and a bunk room sleeping area perfect for kids. The main floor provides a huge open living area for family gatherings. A fully stocked kitchen makes meal prep easy, while a pack 'n play, baby gate, and games help ensure a relaxed and fun stay for families traveling with kids.

Located on the quieter west side of the lake at 52.5 MM, this home is your private escape into nature and lake fun. Boat or drive to local gems like Big Dick's Halfway Inn, Boondockz Bar & Grill, Red Fox and the Wet Spot for great food and live music. Head east for a day trip to Bagnell Dam Strip or visit wineries and scenic outlooks nearby. You'll experience a more relaxed, local side of Lake of the Ozarks when staying at ViewHaven.
The property is a short 12 minute drive to Laurie, MO where you'll find groceries, restaurants, indoor swimming pool, bowling alley, coffee shops and more.

Other Things to Note:
• We supply propane for the grill
• This property is not child proof, and small children should be under constant supervision. Our wonderful lake and hillside views means we are positioned on a sharply downward hill. Signs are posted in several locations but be aware that the entire point has steep hills and are not good places for children or adults to roam or play.
• This property is accessed through a mix of paved and gravel roads. Drivers may encounter steep hills and narrow roadways. Please use caution while navigating. In winter, roads may ice over and become difficult to navigate.
• The minimum age to book this property is 25 years old, and it is best suited for families and groups of friends.

Getting There:
We highly recommend having a vehicle for your stay. Rideshare companies like LakeRide Pros are available, however, we recommend that you book well in advance. You will have ease of access via state highways and blacktop roads. This property is located approximately 3 hours from St. Louis and Kansas City, and a half-day drive from Nebraska, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, and Arkansas, creating great access for families and friends to connect and gather! The international airport is in Kansas City, and regional airports are available in St. Louis, Columbia, and Springfield.

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the home, dock, games, kayaks, paddleboard, and all outdoor areas.
