Welcome to our Island Way Luxury Condo on Clearwater Beach, luxury waterfront living at its finest! This stunning newly constructed build offers the perfect blend of modern beach living and is an ideal choice for anyone looking for an extended stay (30 nights minimum).
When you enter through the front door you will be amazed by the high ceilings and open floor plan. This premium unit is turnkey with high end furnishings included. This top floor unit features 2 spacious bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The kitchen is a culinary dream with complete change out of all cabinets and appliances. Bosch appliances with extended warranties, quartz countertops, glass backsplash and pull-out custom cabinet drawers. The custom Built-in Wine Bar with lit Cabinets and 2 independent wine coolers with divided temperature zones are perfect for entertaining guests. Enter the living room and youll notice the custom built in fireplace, shelving, lights and cabinets, wall mounted Samsung TV and Soundbar built into entertainment wall. Step out onto your private glass balcony with new high-end epoxy finishing to patio deck. Inside, every detail has been custom upgraded by the seller with care and style. We believe in creating a wonderful experience for everyone who stays with us. These guidelines help ensure that you and all our guests have an exceptional stay! A confirmed booking with us means that you have read and acknowledged the following guidelines:
MINIMUM AGE to book is 25. THE PRIMARY GUEST on the reservation (who submits reservation) must be present for the duration of the stay and will be required to eSign a guest registration form after the booking has been accepted
UPDATE THE NUMBER OF GUESTS you will have to the correct amount before booking. If you have more guests on the premises than you have notated in your reservation, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee PER PERSON/PER NIGHT.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT: A damage deposit of $1000 is required on date of arrival (depending on booking site). This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7-10 business days after check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
DISRUPTIVE BEHAVIOR: While we welcome groups celebrating life events, LOUD OR VULGAR LANGUAGE OR DRUNKEN OR OTHER INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIOR WILL NOT BE TOLERATED ON THE ENTIRE PROPERTY. VIOLATIONS MAY RESULT IN EVICTION OF ALL PARTIES AND THE TERMINATION OF THE AGREEMENT AT THE PROPERTY OWNER'S DISCRETION.
VISITORS: Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by hosts prior to their arrival. We have very limited parking on property.
VISITORS AT THE POOL: The pool is built to accommodate max occupancy of each unit comfortable and safely. Our first priority is making sure our guests have access to the pool, therefore outside visitors are not permitted to use the pool.
NO VAPING/SMOKING allowed whatsoever inside the unit. This is strictly enforced. If evidence of smoking is found, you will be subject to an additional cleaning fee of $250.
NO DRUGS: Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited. This includes marijuana.
NO UNDERAGE DRINKING.
LATE CHECK-OUTS & EARLY CHECK-INS: General check in time is 4PM and Checkout time is 11AM. Door codes do not activate until set check-in time. Early access will not be provided without prior approval. Guests who stay past checkout time will be charged the additional fee of $50/hr.
PET POLICY: We love furry friends, but this property is pet-free without exceptions. Fines and termination of the agreement will be assessed if this rule is broken.
Legitimate Service Animals are welcome exempt of a pet fee and MUST follow these ADA guidelines:
-Must remain under handler control at all times.
-Cannot be left alone in the property for any period of time (crated or loose)
-Must inform us of the task they are trained to perform and if they are needed due to a disability.
-Pet owners are responsible for any damage caused by the service animal.
-Must be house broken.
Per booking site policy and ADA regulations, Emotional Support Animals are not provided with the same protection as service animals and are not exempt from paying a pet fee.
USE OF GRILL: Guests are responsible for cleaning off any stuck food and spills as a result of their use. Food stuck to or excessive grease splattered on the BBQ grill will result in an extra cleaning charge of $50. Guest is responsible for following any specific instructions posted in the home or at the grill.
