Perfect location, especially with kids. It’s a very short walk to the beach. The beach, pool, and yard kept the kids entertained, while the tiki bar kept the adults entertained. Shopping and restaurants are a short drive. Highly recommend.

Very mixed bag.Outdoor property was amazing - best ever pool and spa, large lawn, tiki bar, table and chairs, grill. Loved our time outdoors.Inside was mostly good - rooms with en suites, lots of dishes (although not many normal sized spoons), two dishwashers, good starter items.Not so good - two rooms with "queens" actually had full beds. The main floor master did not cool properly and so was warm throughout our visit no matter how cool the rest of the house was. The living area is small given the number of sleeping spaces - only two chairs and a couch. The kitchen table is large and has eight chairs that are uncomfortable when sitting for any length of time.The really bad - Newman-Dailey property managers were among the worst we've dealt with. They never really answered questions directly and never appeared to care whether we were satisfied with the communication. We spent another week in Destin at a property managed by another company and had a completely different experience - great communication, prompt and specific responses to questions, they even helped us when we needed to evacuate because of a hurricane and refunded a couple nights as a result.LOVED the outdoors and that's where we spent most of our time. Otherwise, just know what you're getting into.

We reached out after your arrival and you reported everything was good. We are a local company just down the road from ReGrouper with 9am-5pm office support and after-hours emergency line that would have been available to assist you. We hope you'll give us a chance in the future to have a more relaxing and memorable beach vacation.

Beautiful home! Our family of 8 adults and 7 children were so comfortable and enjoyed the fantastic pool and fenced in backyard! Just minutes from the beach and beautiful emerald waters. Cannot say enough about how beautiful this home is.

We had a great time! House was wonderful everything was clean and instructions were easy we really enjoyed the pool area. There is so much space we were only 4 but you could easily and comfortably fit a large family and all have your own space! The beach location was a short walk down the block and the beach was amazing as well as the weather. Lots of things to do nearby and many stores easy to get doordash. Great place!

Fantastic Family Vacation

This house was exactly as described and then some. From the fully stocked kitchen, to the amazing outdoor space with pool and tiki bar, to the short walk to the beach, this house was perfect for our family of 7 adults and 3 children. We loved everything about this house and the week spent making memories with our adult children and their kids. This will definitely be on our list to rent again when we make our next trip to the beach.

Family vacation

There were about 12-15 of us staying throughout the week on a family vacation. We LOVED this house- the backyard was amazing as was the location, just a quick 5 min walk to the beach. Ages ranged from 1-80. Each of the bedrooms (minus kids room) had its own bathroom which was great. We had some issues with the pool and hot tub not getting hot (we paid for the additional heating) but it was because everything was brand new and just not setup right yet. The owners were great in helping us along with the rental company. Would come back for sure!

The home was great for our 3-family vacation! We had more than enough space and beds for the large group of 13. We did have some issues with the pool/spa and the sprinklers while we were there. The property management group was responsive and helped us with some of the sprinkler issues. The pool & spa were not working properly before our arrival so we were at least aware there could be continued issues. Also, the pool cleaner came by on Thursday around 11:00am and was going to put chlorine in the pool (which would have made the pool unusable for 4 hours), until we asked her to not do it if she didn’t have to. The property management group should work on better timing with the pool cleaning to ensure families aren’t displaced. The only other complaint is that the home didn’t offer any beach gear for use. With the house being so close to the beach and pretty pricey to rent, this would be a great thing to offer visitors. The kitchen was well-equipped for the most part, but a few more containers to store leftovers would be great so families don’t have to bring or buy their own.Overall, we had a good experience and would love to return!

Wonderful Home!

Everything about this stay was fantastic! It is a trip to be remembered. It’s a lovely, quiet neighborhood just steps from the beach. The check-in and check-out process was so easy. I hope to book this property again in the future!

We absolutely loved this home!! It was the perfect size and layout for our families.

Newman-Daily was very easy to work with and any time we contacted them, they were very kind and helpful. The house was very clean and well stocked with items we needed, especially for cooking!!

What a great property! The pool and tiki bar have set a new standard.

There was excellent communication between the property manager and we enjoyed the pool and tiki bar so much. It was nice to be able to make multiple runs on the golf cart to the beach. It would’ve been nice to be able to drive the golf cart to other locations but you are landlocked to the road. The only things we really missed were yard games, maybe a nice sand volleyball court and a fire pit. There’s plenty of room to enjoy.

Family Vacation

We loved our trip! This house is walking or golf cart distance to the private beach, which worked perfect for our family from age 2-65. It also has an amazing large pool and tiki hut bar! Having bedrooms on three levels was awesome for privacy and everyone had their own bathrooms! It would be nice if the house would supply towels and beach chairs, but there is a big beach store two minutes away. I’m not one to travel to the same place twice, but I would make an exception for this!
