Planned an all ladies getaway weekend and this house was perfection! The house was beautiful! Very accommodating for 12 guests! The pool/jacuzzi & private balconies for each bedroom were really the icing on the cake! Very close to the beach, stores and restaurants. Will absolutely book with them again! House was beautiful. Plenty of space for our family and friends. Rooms and bathrooms were clean. Laundry room and Kitchen had everything we needed. Liked that everything you needed to know was in the house and labeled what you needed to do. Pool area was clean and they had plenty of chairs and towels. Would definitely book again.

The house was a perfect fit for our family. It is beautifully decorated and well equipped. The location is perfect too. We did move some of the decorative items out of reach of the little ones and hope we put them back in the right places. We didn’t have windex to clean the handprints from the glass doors. We texted about the screen that came loose after the tropical storm passed. We will definitely recommend and God bless the housekeeping team!!

Wonderful spot

We were the very first guest to stay in this place and William and his team did not disappoint. Everything we needed was there and they were great at communicating with us. The place was immaculate, pool was a huge it for the kids. The bikes and golf cart are a must for this area. Definitely will go back.

It's a shame you can only give 5 stars because this place exceeded my expectations. The place was spotless, free of any broken items and just a wonderful place to stay. Normally the places i have stayed at that are comparable in rental rates dont have items as nice as this one does. The place was furnished with all samsung tvs, samsung fridges, dyson vacuum, pottery barn Blankets just to name a few things. Will definitely return next season.

Awesome property!

We had a great stay with 19 people (11 adults, 8 kids). We were pleasantly surprised by the house and rooms all being bigger than we thought they'd be based on the online pictures (which don't do them justice!). We had plenty of space for meals, seating, lounging and swimming! Our kids loved that the bunkbeds were very sturdy and not wobbly like in other rentals we've experienced. The kitchen hsd everything we needed for meals and the second fridge and wet bar area was clutch!! Management was great, very attentive and allowed us to check in a couple hours early, which was very helpful and appreciated! Golf cart worked like a charm, beautiful neighborhood and property all around!

We used the golf cart to go everywhere! Being in a gated community was nice and private- and away from the crowds. We loved it and we will be back!

Family from 4 states Vacation

We all love the beach and we had never been to the panhandle of Florida. The ages were from 5 years to 87 years old. We eat in most of the time-kitchen had everything we needed.The bedrooms all had their separate bathrooms. The house pool & hot tub was very enjoyable. The teenagers loved the bikes and the golf cart was absolutely necessary.The distance to the beach was not as expected- impossible to walk and our group was large so to take the chairs and umbrellas called for a lot of planning. We had a great week .

Good multi family house

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a solid vacation home. Large, laid out well! Positives: King beds in every room except bunk room, bathroom in every room, half bath located great for pool use, golf cart was great, large tvs, A/C works great, 2 refrigerators. Negatives: No beach access, hot tub overflows into pool and heated the pool (not ideal for hot days) kitchen isn’t stocked well with things you’ll need (big bowls, wine opener, etc) all the mattresses are VERY FIRM) there seems to be a neighborhood watch or something that is very particular and will drive by or even come to your door to tell you what they don’t like, WiFi was weak for as many people as the house accommodates. Overall, it’s good. Not great! We’ve been coming to Destin and renting homes for 20+ years, won’t rent this home again. Would rent from this company again though.

March Vacation

The house was excellent! Nice accommodations, well equipped to cook, pool and hot tub was great. Complaint -this house is in the back of the Frangista neighborhood, and you do not get access to the private beach. You have to go down to the public beach access which is very crowded and busy. Also, if you stay at this property the owner comes by constantly and if you have one too many cars at the unit, he notifies Security to come by and they leave a ticket. On Wednesday, I got a text from the property manager saying "There is 1 car parked on the street and a Ford 150 that is sticking out of the driveway onto the street. The owner drove by and would like those cars removed." This started the very first day while we were unloading and occurred every day. We had 20 people, 5 cars parked in the driveway. This means no one else can come to the unit in their car and park while visiting. This house has nothing but woods on one side and the sidewalk ends. One car that parked by the woods from a visitor, was ticketed and asked to leave. It did not block access, did not block traffic because it's a cul-de-sac, and other than their "rules" would not affect anything. Basically, you pay over $1K/night to get micro-managed constantly about the neighborhood "rules" by the property owner. I will not return to this unit in the future. I will give kudos to Hector and William at Frangista Beach Properties for their communication and help in the booking process and during out stay.

Hi Greg, I wanted to clarify a few things for you and future guests that will read your comments. On the listing in the first paragraph, it is clearly written that this home does not have access to the Frangista Beach community beach access. Golf cart and bicycles for guest use to and from the various access points. When we called you the week of your arrival, as we do with every primary guest for over ten years, we went back over parking rules and beach access. During spring break, the homeowners association increases their patrols throughout the community, as you can imagine. With this said, the association (not the homeowner) called our office to let us know you had vehicles parked in the street which is a violation of their rules. We contacted you regarding this as they do issue fines to our company. Two days later the owner of the rental company (not the owner of the home) drove through to check on other rental homes that were occupied; as a courtesy we contacted you so you would not find another citation on one of your vehicles. This is exactly what we had spoken to you about several times during your stay. Our guests do love the fact that one side of the home is surrounded by trees and shrubbery as this gives much more privacy from noise as well. Rules are meant to be followed so obviously you were not interested in doing so. Thank you for the kind words regarding the home and staff here.
