Wonderful property for a large family or multi-family vacation! The unit was very clean and very spacious. Kitchen was well stocked with necessities and there was plenty of room to gather for meals or game night. The view is breathtaking. The pool was great for adults and children of all ages and the walk to the beach was short and simple. I highly recommend this unit!

Host went out of his way to help out with the amenities we needed really appreciated that. Amazing condo with amazing views.

We had a great stay! The view from the room is incredible. The bedrooms were spacious. All of the furnishings are clean, comfortable and new. We loved the ice maker and used it regularly. The pool was nice and includes a lazy river and water slide.

Points faibles : Propreté

We were on the 25th floor of the Phoenix Gulf Shores II. The view and location is fantastic. The host/owner is very responsive. It was nice to have a front desk at check in. Would be nice if they had a holding room for luggage for early arrivals. The listing says "Penthouse". When I think of a penthouse, I think of the entire top floor. It was not. Paid way too much since it was not. Management Company failed to check coffee maker (Keurig broke), guest toilet lose (pulling away from the wall), deck was not swept or mopped (dirt, sand, food, roach), kitchen mat is very soiled (needs replaced or to be scrubbed), many knives missing, tupperware containers missing (have lids no bottom or bottom with no lid), needs a deep cleaning (baseboards, laundry area and walls). We did not notify the management company of these matters since all fees were paid upfront-didn't want to have to wait around for people to make repairs or clean. Management company provided very few essential items (toilet paper, paper towels, dishwashing soap, bath soap, laundry soap, etc) This would've been an additional expense-but the host came thru for us! This is the most I've paid for any VRBO rental (including Hawaii). Wanted something 1st class and all-inclusive. Even parking was not free for 1 vehicle. FYI: There are no spices in the cabinets & no starter coffee or filters provided. Host & location 5 stars.

Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. We truly appreciate your kind words about the location, views, and our communication throughout your stay. I'm sorry that some aspects of the condo did not meet the level of experience you were hoping for. We take cleanliness, maintenance, and the condition of the property very seriously, and I appreciate you bringing these items to our attention so we can address them with our management team and housekeeping staff. I also wanted to clarify that our listing describes the property as a Penthouse corner unit condo within Phoenix Gulf Shores II and does not advertise it as being the entire top floor. We also do disclose in the listing that a starter supply of essential items is provided, with additional supplies typically needed for longer stays. That said, I understand wanting a seamless experience when traveling, which is why I was happy to go above and beyond to provide an early check in for you and the additional items during your stay. I'm glad we were able to help with those items and that you and your family were able to enjoy the condo, the beautiful views, and the location. We appreciate your feedback and will use it to continue improving the experience for our future guests. Thank you again for choosing our condo, and we wish you and your family all the best.

À propos de l’hôte

Hôte : Danny Orr

Hi! I'm a proud Tennessee native from **Maryville, TN**, and in my free time you'll usually find me spending time with my wife and our two boys. I especially enjoy watching my boys play baseball and cheering them on from the stands. I also love to fish and the outdoors, so the Gulf Coast is a pretty special place for me!

We chose to invest in this condo because we love the beach, the Gulf Coast, and the opportunity to create a place where families can come together, relax, and make lasting precious memories.

I take a lot of pride in our condo and want every guest to feel comfortable and welcome. My goal is to provide a beautiful, clean, well-maintained place where you can enjoy your vacation.

Whether you're spending your days on the beach, floating in the lazy river, fishing, exploring Gulf Shores, or simply relaxing with your family, I hope your stay at our condo gives you the kind of memories that bring you back year after year!

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

I chose Phoenix Gulf Shores II because it offers the perfect combination of **beautiful beachfront location, family-friendly amenities, and easy access to everything Gulf Shores has to offer**. You can enjoy the Gulf right outside your door while still being close to restaurants, shopping, entertainment, and local attractions.

What really sets this location apart is the **resort-style atmosphere**. With direct beach access, pools, a lazy river, and a water slide, there is plenty for the entire family to enjoy without ever having to leave the property.

It's the kind of location where you can spend the morning on the beach, relax by the pool in the afternoon, and head out for dinner or entertainment in the evening—all without spending your vacation driving long distances.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Experience the best of Phoenix Gulf Shores II from our **top-floor corner unit on the 25th floor**! This stunning Gulf-front condo offers **floor-to-ceiling windows with breathtaking panoramic views of the Gulf and coastline** that you can enjoy from the spacious living area and throughout the home.

Being a top-floor corner residence means you get **exceptional views, abundant natural light, and extra privacy** without anyone above you. Step onto the expansive balcony and take in the incredible Gulf views while enjoying your morning coffee or watching the sunset.

Inside, you'll find a spacious **4-bedroom, 4-bathroom luxury condo** designed for families and groups to relax and enjoy the beach in comfort. And when you're not on the sand, Phoenix Gulf Shores II offers an incredible resort-style experience with a **lazy river, water slide, pools, and other amenities for the entire family**.

The combination of **top-floor corner location, floor-to-ceiling windows, panoramic Gulf views, and resort-style amenities** makes Unit 2505 a truly special place to stay on the Alabama Gulf Coast.
