The comfortable couch area with a large FlatTV invites to relaxation
and tranquility and allows through the glass front a beautiful view of
lanai, pool and canal.

The bright and well-equipped kitchen invites you to create culinary
delights, which can be enjoyed either in the side dining area or at the
dining table on the lanai. The desire for grilled food can be satisfied
in the Summerkitchen with a large modern BBQ grill.

The spacious pool and spa area is protected by a full screen and seems
to pour into the canal. All sun worshippers can enjoy the beautiful
sunsets and end the day with a cocktail or a good glass of wine.

The bright and comfortable master bedroom with a large Flat TV,
attached bathroom with bathtub, shower and double vanity promises
blissful dreams.
With 2 more bright, inviting bedrooms with attached baths, this villa
offers enough space for larger families. For surprise guests, there is
also a sofa bed in the office.

The villa is located close to Surfside Boulevard for a quick trip into
the city with countless shopping and dining options. Across Surfside
Blv you can admire the nature reserve covered with mangrove.

Electricity (and if applicable propane) are charged as used at the end
of your stay.
Final cleaning does NOT include BBQ cleaning, which will be charged if
BBQ cleaning is required after your stay.
The amounts will be charged from the security/damage deposit
The security/damage deposit is $1000.0 and has to be paid 30 days prior
to arrival.
