AVAILABLE FOR YOUR USE: Portable bluetooth speaker for your music, Fully equipped kitchen with everything you will need! 8 beach chairs, beach caddy, beach coolers, beach umbrella, plenty of beach towels for all, bookshelf with many books in both English & German, a couple of tennis racquets & balls, 4 PICKLE BALL PADDLES/balls, ping pong table/paddles/balls, basketball for nearby park, 2 adult bicycles, tire pump and helmets at your own risk. CHILD ITEMS: Pack-n-Play portable baby bed, high chair, booster seat, step stool, 2 strollers, beach toys, toddler bike, baby bouncer/activity seat, removable mesh pool fence available.

***ELECTRICITY***: We allow you $50/week for electricity. The meter will be read before arrival and on departure. Any overage will be charged at $0.12 kw/h.

OWNER NOTES: Walking distance to several restaurants, ice cream, Dunkin Donuts, Publix, Walgreens (1 mi). We love to ride bikes over to Cape Harbour (2 mi) for more dining, marina, entertainment. The ultimate location! We highly recommend renting a boat or drive to explore Sanibel Island and some of the other small islands that can only be reached by boat. Easy drive to Yacht Club Beach, Fort Myers Beach, Lovers Key, Sanibel etc. We also love this neighbourhood for walking, where we easily spot burrowing owls. There is a comprehensive UBER and LYFT network if you don’t feel like driving.

We are newer owners, but the home had been offered as a rental for several years and we are using the same awesome management company and villa name as before.

SAFETY STANDARDS: There is an onsite hotel safe for your valuables to be used at your on risk. There are hurricane shutters and hurricane kits for emergencies. These will be installed and described by the management if needed. The management on site is familiar with these safety standards.
