Isabell sits in the most desired area of the Cape, in the Southwest
just off of Surfside Blvd, and has a beautiful southern exposure
looking over one of the many famous Waterways.

This hidden Gem of a City is known for its 400 miles of canals, which
equals more miles of canals than anywhere else in the world.

Villa Isabell is a beautiful new construction which features a modern
and luxurious design paired with a pinch of Floridian flair. Beautiful
white silver and blue tones create a unique atmosphere in this Villa
and set the perfect mood for your vacation.

In the bright and inviting living room you will find comfortable Sofas
and a TV that are just waiting for you to come home and relax after a
long day on the beach or at the pool.

The open kitchen provides everything your heart desires, a big
refrigerator, double sink, a Bose sound system, and dishwasher. Right
next to the kitchen, you will find a dining area fitting up to eight
people. Further seating options are at the breakfast bar of the
spacious kitchen island. The whole family can come together in this
living area and feel close although all interacting in different tasks.
Even from the kitchen the whole living room can be seen, and the eye is
quickly directed outside onto the pool and the amazing water view,
right through the many big sliding glass doors.

Right after stepping outside onto the lanai, you will find a big
outdoor dining table and many sun chairs, as well as a great lounge
area, and a BBQ. The heart of this outside area is the beautiful
turquoise pool which also features a private hot tub. The spacious pool
and spa which can also be heated when necessary are an essential for
your Floridian Vacation, making not only the hearts of the little
guests beat faster. Constructed very cautiously the illusion is created
of the lanai flowing right into the water of the canal.

Villa Isabell also has its own boat dock, and an additional small
outside seating area to watch the passing boats, simply enjoy the
sunrays. Of course, there is the possibility of booking any of the
boats we have to offer.

This home has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, so more than enough space for
the entire family, or all your friends. The master bedroom has a king
size bed, a flatscreen tv, direct access to the lanai and the outside
lounge sitting area, as well as its private en suite bathroom with a
soaking tub, a walk-in shower, double vanities, and a makeup vanity.
The second bedroom also has its own en suite bathroom and a king size
bed as well as a tv and access to the outside. The bathroom also
doubles as a pool bath with access to the outside to rinse off after
swimming. The third bedroom has a queen-size bed, and the fourth has
two single beds, these two share a bathroom.

There are many activities that can be enjoyed on your trip to the Cape.
One option would be taking the two bikes from the garage on a ride down
surfside Blvd and watching the wildlife across the nature preserve next
to the spreader waterway.

If you want to venture out of the city for a daytrip you have seemingly
infinite options in the vicinity:

Examples are going on a shopping spree in one of the many malls and
outlets or enjoying one of the beautiful beaches of the area including
Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel and Captiva.
