The host was very welcoming and responded quickly to any inquiries. The condo had all the amenities to make us feel at home. The location is within walking distance to restaurants and downtown Kona shopping.

Our host, Maria, was an excellent communicator. We found Maria and Kent’s Kona home to be very comfortable and in a great walkable location to restaurants and shops along Kona’s downtown area and the water. We also enjoyed the design choices they made in their home… so cute! The kitchen is very well appointed with great appliances. The king bed was VERY comfortable! We will definitely book again when the opportunity presents itself!

Great location. Very close to restaurants. Quiet area. Nice view!We appreciated the tips and suggestions!Nice to have a private parking area. Avoid renting very large vehicles since the space is tight. The condo was nice and well appointed. We really appreciated the washer and dryer. The beach chairs, umbrella, coolers, wagon, beach towels, and scuba gear made our stay much easier. Mahalo!

I really enjoyed my stay! The unit was peaceful with peek through views of the ocean. No neighbor noise but traffic noise can be loud because you are next to the main strip. The location is great, you can walk to all of the Kona stores and restaurants.Honl's beach is very close. Swim at your own risk. It's a great place to read and watch the surfers. Honl's also has a "pay what you can" yoga that is open to everyone!The unit has everything you need for adventuring. Beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, coolers, beach towels and mats. Laundry room on the entry level, private to the unit. There are stairs so it is not a place to stay if you have trouble with stairs. I liked having the different levels as it felt people could spread out and get some personal time. The lanai's on each floor are wonderful. The unit has A/C on the top floor only. The fans help move air. Having an A/C unit on the first floor would really help keep the unit cooler during the hot humid summer months. Most places in Kona do not have A/C. You will be sweaty! The pool was great, not many people used it when I was there. It was almost like having your own pool. All of the units surround the pool. It seemed like half were empty during my stay. The chairs and table at the pool needed some TLC. We did clean them twice during our stay. The carport is great for having your own parking space. Do not get a large vehicle, to get in and out requires a 90 degree turn. Overall I loved it,I will stay again!

A wonderful , clean place to stay. Easy walking distance to town and beach. Enjoyed the pool at the property and the ocean view. Highly recommend !

If you had 2 ac one for each level I think it would be better for effectively cooling off the space. But 1 ac has a hard time keeping up. Other then that it was a good place and stay. Thank you so much
