L'ImpĂ©riale est une belle 8 chambres et 5 salles de bain maison. Le premier Ă©tage offre un plan d'Ă©tage ouvert avec deux voies d'entrĂ©e de l'histoire, manger dans la cuisine de cerise avec des comptoirs en granit, double four, lave-vaisselle, cuisiniĂšre, rĂ©frigĂ©rateur, et des siĂšges pour 14. En outre, au premier Ă©tage d'une salle Ă  manger formelle salon ouvert avec plancher au foyer au plafond, 2 traverses queen, et salle Ă  manger de 10 places, une salle de bain complĂšte, un king size chambre Ă  coucher, un dortoir, une salle de lavage et vestiaire. Murs de fenĂȘtres dans l'avant avec soixante pieds de pont surplombant la baie et le lac. Le deuxiĂšme Ă©tage dispose d'une suite roi de chambre Ă  coucher et 4 reine chambres, 3 salles de bain complĂštes, une avec jacuzzi. Le niveau infĂ©rieur dispose d'une chambre double, une salle d'eau, deux bars, une table de poker, table de billard, Ă  deux niveaux de home cinĂ©ma avec siĂšges Ă©lectriques, huit personnes bain Ă  remous et douche extĂ©rieure. The host is fabulous & very accommodating. The property is perfect for family stays for weddings or vacations. The size of the house, the 2 refrigerators, new washer & dryer, the fire pit & dock are all perfect for a great get away. We stayed for a family wedding & had 20 people & had so much space to spread out & gather, it was perfect!!

Stayed at this beautiful property on the water for our annual Girls’ Weekend. The host met us at check-in to go over the basics of some mechanics like hot tub & awning function. He wanted to be sure everything met our expectations..and it did!! We took the 2 kayaks out on the bay and enjoyed the beautiful sunrise. We really loved the comfortable beds, plush towels, and well equipped kitchen. This was our second stay with The Coopers and plan on returning next year to their sister property (Xanadu). Definitely a 10/10.

Relaxing Quiet Retreat

This property is gorgeous. Located in a very quiet village. There is not much around which is what we were looking for
..days full of lounging on the Bay! The Coopers were amazing hosts and would definitely consider this a vacation spot in the future.

Great place for family time!

This is our second stay at this property. We use it as a yearly family reunion time. We love this house and all the great amenities! Everyone has their own space. The bedrooms are well decorated and it has wonderful beds and comfy mattresses. We love it so much, we have already booked our stay for next year.

Great property for large family of four generations. Well provisioned, spacious and friendly, responsive owner. We have rented Coopers other property, Xanadu, for several previous years but family has expanded so we required more room. This was our first year, but not our last!

Girls weekend away

We were a group of 20 female healthcare workers just wanting to get away for a weekend. The house and property were amazing. It was furnished with everything imaginable. Every little detail was considered for a group of our size. The furniture was very comfortable and clean, including all of the outdoor furniture. We made many wonderful memories and recommend this property %100.

Wedding weekend

Perfect for friends and family for a wedding weekend in November. Wedding venue was Colloca Estate Winery - 5 minutes away. Plenty of space for those that wanted to sit and relax and chat in the living room while others could be in the basement playing pool or cards and others could be in the kitchen. So many amenities. Bedrooms were all beautiful and comfortable. The view was beautiful even in late November. The owner was very helpful and responsive. Absolutely recommend.

Amazing home and amazing time!

We had a great stay at the Cooper’s house. The kids loved “staying in a mansion,” jumping off the dock, hanging out in the movie room, and making s’mores. The teens loved the hot tub, fishing, doing puzzles on the big dining room table, and kayaking, Thea adults loved the lakefront property, sunrises from the bay and sunsets on the lake, comfy beds, and the close proximity to state parks, festivals, and wineries. A huge win for the whole family!!!

Can't wait to come back next year!

The house was amazing, the owners were incredible to work with and were super flexible with us. There were plenty of rooms to house our bridal party after our wedding so we could all stay together, between the movie theatre and the hot tub? We never wanted to leave! We hope to make this a yearly trip and highly recommend this property for your fair haven stay! You won't be disappointed!

Fantastic Home

This is a top tier fantastic property. I have been coming to this house for 8 years. Owner is wonderful to deal with. Views are impressive. House big enough for very large parties. Look at the pictures! I continue to highly recommend this home.

Family members from 76 to 5 enjoyed Imperial with games and fun. Kayaks were wonderful..even the 5 yr old was out paddling in the protected cove. Bernie and Bradley very attentive. The Kaputa family.

Perfect place for a family vacation

All I can say is wow! Clean ,beautiful, fully equipped. You will want to nothing. Our second time at this beautiful well-maintained property. Everything was wonderful. Great host. AMAZING HOUSE AND LOCATION

We (8 couples) have stayed at this property now almost 5 times - it's such a great spot, why go anywhere else? Perfect yard for cornhole, a nice walk to a local winery, a well-stocked kitchen to prepare meals, plenty of outdoor space, beds are SO comfortable, a great firepit - it's all here!!! Brad and Bernadette have always been so easy to communicate with. And for some reason, we've always managed to have some really great weather while we've visited. Thanks for a another wonderful weekend!!!!

Bay stay

Excellent property and location. We go for the " water" and that aspect couldn't have been better, although we provided most of our water accessories. We had no access to the thermostat which was set way too low. Owners replaced washer and dryer in one days notice when we had a problem.

5 family summer!

This is our second stay at this vacation home. Communication with Brad and his son was always timely. The home is very large and has multiple floors with entertainment at each level. Of course the highlight is the outside living area and the dock and the wonderful bay. Lots of swimming and fishing was enjoyed. We enjoyed several campfires at the fire pit. Large kitchen was able to allow multiple family members cooking at the same time. We truly enjoy this location at home.

Amazing place for Family Gatherings!

This is the second year in a row we have stayed at this property, and we love it! It's perfect for our large family of 12 adults and three kids - everyone gets their own space while there is plenty of shared space for games and meals. The owners are very friendly, super helpful, and very quick to address any issues. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to do big meals, plenty of outdoor space to hang by the fire or the lake, hot tub is perfect for 6 adults, home theater is awesome after a long day. Very clean upon arrival, super comfortable beds and sheets, beautiful spot right on the water. We'll continue to book our annual trip here as it's just a perfect fit!

My husband and I have been summering or residing in Fair Haven all of our lives. This property was my family's cottage until 1998 when my husband and I built a year round home here. We have lived here for the past 15 years with our 4 children.

This property has been in my family for 33 years. My husbands family's cottage is just 2 doors down and is how we met. My husband's family has been rooted in Fair Haven since it was established. My family has vacationed here for over 40 years and lived here for 31 years. We have enjoyed all Fair Haven has to offer and would now like to share those experiences with you.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

This property was one of 10 parcels originally established in 1895 as The Imperial Club. The original founders created a unique place for members to enjoy their summers. That is why today our property is one of the only deep lots with gradual access to the bay. You will find the best views and some of the deepest water in all of Little Sodus Bay. Too many benefits to mention !
