Our A-frame cabins offer a unique retreat nestled in the natural beauty of Colorado Springs. With a history that spans more than a hundred years, these cabins blend rustic charm with modern comfort.
Inside, you’ll find warm interiors, plush bedding, and fully equipped kitchenettes designed to help you unwind and feel at home. Set in a peaceful location, each cabin invites you to slow down and enjoy your surroundings. Whether you’re sipping coffee beside the stream or relaxing after a day of adventure, these cabins are meant for rest, connection, and lasting memories.
House Rules:
1. Respect the Cabin and Property
Please treat the cabin and its furnishings with care. Report any damages to management immediately.
2. Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please be mindful of other guests during these hours.
3. No Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the cabins. Use designated outdoor areas and dispose of cigarette butts properly.
4. Pet Policy:
Dogs are welcome in designated pet-friendly cabins and outdoor areas only.
Dogs must be leashed when outside.
Dogs are not allowed in the pool or hot tub area.
Please clean up after your pet.
5. Maximum Occupancy
Respect your cabin`s listed occupancy. No unregistered guests or overnight visitors without prior approval.
6. Check-In & Check-Out
Follow posted check-in/check-out times to allow for proper cleaning and preparation for the next guest.
7. Outdoor Fire Safety
Use fire pits and grills responsibly. Never leave a fire unattended, and ensure all fires are fully extinguished.
8. Wildlife and Environment
Do not feed wildlife. Remain on marked trails and respect the natural surroundings.
9. Parking
Use only designated parking areas. This helps maintain accessibility for other guests and emergency vehicles.
10. Garbage Disposal
Place all trash in provided bins or designated disposal areas. Please do not leave garbage outside overnight.
11. Security
Lock all cabin doors and windows when you are away or sleeping.
12. Pool & Hot Tub Rules- (Hot Tub Coming Soon)
The pool and hot tub are open daily from 9:30 AM to 8:30 PM.
No lifeguard on duty — use at your own risk.
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
No glass containers in the pool or hot tub area.
Keep noise to a reasonable level out of respect for nearby cabins.
13. Inventory & Damages
Missing or damaged items (linens, towels, dishes, etc.) may result in additional charges.
14. Visitors
Only registered guests are permitted on the property unless approved by management.
