Our thoughtfully designed 3-bed, 2.5-bath ranch-style home offers a comfortable and spacious layout ideal for families, groups & remote workers. Nestled in a quiet lakeside community surrounded by Lake Norman, the large, fully fenced yard creates the ideal atmosphere to relax & unwind.

BABY & KID GEAR: High chair, Pack 'n Play, outdoor games, sports gear, life jackets—all stored in the walk-in closet in the primary bedroom. We also provide children's' plates, bowls, cups & utensils.

GENERAL: Towels/linens, extra blankets, toiletries, hairdryer, full size mirror, Central A/C & heating, ceiling fans, portable fans, iron & ironing board, laundry hamper.

* The lake is located around the corner from the house. A short 2 min drive/7 min walk. Turn left out of the driveway, left on Riviera & left onto Lakeland Rd. Private neighborhood dock and boat ramp can be accessed at 195 Lakeland Rd. You may park your vehicle on the grassy area on that lot.

PARKING: The driveway comfortably accommodates 6 cars with ample space to park your watercraft (boats, jet skis, trailers, etc.) to the right of the driveway.

Guests have access to the full home, fenced yard, private hot tub, paddleboards, neighborhood dock, fire pit, and all entertainment amenities. The walk-in closet in the master bedroom contains most of the gear you’ll need.

Up to 2 small dogs are welcome and must be registered & approved by hosts prior to booking/arriving. A $50 pet fee/per pet/ per stay applies. Guests must clean up after their pets or an additional fee will be incurred.

*No smoking inside the home – Outdoor areas only please dispose of cigarettes in a safe manner (eg. a bottle/can half filled with water and capped)
*No unauthorized parties or events – pre-booked group celebrations welcome!
Violations of these rules will result in additional fees and possible cancellation of the reservation.
*Respect the neighbors – quiet hours from 11 PM–8 AM
*Maximum guests: 8 (registered on reservation)
*Report any damage or maintenance issues promptly

Items left behind will be held for up to 14 days. Guests are responsible for shipping and handling costs. We are not responsible for lost or forgotten items.
