Important Beach Update

The county is currently conducting a beach renourishment project along portions of the shoreline that is expected to affect stays up until May, with possible minor extension into May due to weather delays. As crews move section by section, temporary equipment and sand pumping operations may be visible near this property. The work is temporary and helps strengthen and protect the beach and dunes, and nearby beach access is generally available around active work zones.

Welcome to Coastal Escape Pool Home, a 3 bedroom, 2 bath vacation getaway with a private pool and lush tropical backyard designed for ultimate relaxation. Your private pool can be heated for extra comfort during cooler weather, available upon request for an additional fee. Whether you're lounging poolside or enjoying the peaceful outdoor setting, this home offers a serene escape. Inside, enjoy a fresh coastal style with modern finishes and beach inspired decor. Located in a quiet neighborhood, you will be just a short stroll from the car free beach, Mi Mexico restaurant, and a boat launch perfect for flats boats and kayaks. Plus, Flagler Avenue's shops and restaurants are just 5 minutes away.

The open layout welcomes you with a cozy sectional sofa, electric fireplace, and large smart TV, creating the perfect space to unwind. The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a wine refrigerator, blender, and standard coffee maker. Enjoy meals in the dining area with seating for six or grab a quick bite at the kitchen counter. Just beyond the sunroom, sliders open to a private backyard oasis featuring a sparkling seasonally heated pool, paved pool deck, outdoor shower, fire pit, gas grill, outdoor seating, and outdoor speakers for music by the pool.

The main bedroom offers a king size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bath with walk in shower. The second bedroom includes a queen bed and the third has two twin beds, ideal for families or friends traveling together. The guest bathroom features a combination tub and shower. Additional amenities include WiFi, streaming services (no cable), books, board games, and all your beach day needs such as chairs, towels, umbrella, boogie boards, toys, cooler, and a cart to help carry everything to the sand. A full size washer and dryer is also provided.

Please note, this home does not have cable TV. Streaming services are available using your own login. The garage and any items located inside the garage are not available for guest use. All pool and beach equipment can be found in the storage shed located by the pool for your convenience. One propane tank is provided per rental for your convenience. If additional propane is needed during your stay, it will be replenished and charged accordingly.

Pool Heating Information: The pool may be heated upon request for an additional fee. Guests must contact us at least two days prior to arrival to activate pool heat so it is ready for your stay.
