This home is professionally managed by Beach Habitats 30A and comes with a 6-seater "LSV" Low Speed Vehicle and five bikes. 11 WaterColor amenity wristbands are included, people ages 5 and up are required to wear them.

This stunning coastal chic home is elegant and inviting with an open concept design perfect for families and friends. This 4 bedroom and 4 bath plus loft comfortably sleeps up to 11 guests, combining thoughtful cozy bedding. The gathering space is surrounded by true Tennessee Oak Beams and it is the homes focal point. From the brick fireplace to the cotton white shiplap to the gourmet kitchen equipped with a hand-crafted Steel Hood and Wolf Appliances, the owners went to great lengths to bring a warm Southern welcome to the interiors of this Watercolor Home. There are over 700 square feet of breezy porches that overlook the newly redesigned Camp Watercolor. Just steps away, are the two pools, a pool-side restaurant and bar and a lazy river. So close that it is an easy walk for daytime naps back home. Every inch of this property was intentionally crafted for the perfect family beach vacation.

Best beach vacay

We had a wonderful time at this property. There is ample space for several families and the location is incredible! We went to the beach, tried all the pools in Watercolor, and enjoyed the town’s July 4th festivities! It is beautifully decorated.Pros about this property: Rooms spacious and well-equipped, plenty of towels, great porch and balcony spaces, great location, golf cart included, toys for kids, string Wi-Fi, quiet at night, and three full-size sofas in the living room. Cons: We messaged the property manager about some insect issues inside the home via the VRBO app and text but never heard back. We would recommend this home and would stay here again!

Great family vacation

This was a wonderful property. We traveled with another family and had several children ranging from 3-8 years old. There was plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen was well-stocked. The location is unbeatable - steps to camp watercolor and a pretty short golf cart ride to the beach club. Homeowner was extremely responsive for check-in and when we had some questions during our stay. Would definitely stay at this home again.

Wonderful Week!

We loved the house - lots of room and the three couches let our whole group sit together in the living room. We did some cooking and had everything we needed. The built in pebble ice maker was broken but the one in the freezer worked. Loved sitting on the front porch and the golf cart was great.There are beach toys, extra beach chairs and a hidden closet with lots of footballs, kickballs, soccer balls.Nice towels and bedding too. Would rent again!

Almost perfect with only a few areas of improvement

Great stay for family of 7, location can't be beat to camp watercolor. The home is well maintained as is the golf cart. Home as described with the exception of baby crib, which was listed in the rental and the owner offered to send upon inquiry, but I wound up renting for our 3 year old instead. Also the eagles nest room had a very steep ladder which I fell down trying to put my 7 year old son to sleep so use with caution. Certainly not recommended for kids under 5 to sleep there.Finally my husband complained the wifi only worked in the center of the home, not the bedrooms. He was hoping to watch a basketball game.Challenges were the wifi signal only worked on main floor, eagles

We loved our stay here. The location was perfect next to Camp Watercolor. Having a golf cart made getting the beach super easy. The front porch was my favorite part, but the home had so many nice personal touches.

Absolutely lovely

I truly loved staying in Allye and Cameron’s home. I can't say enough about how peaceful and beautiful this property is. They did an incredible job creating a stunning home. We loved every minute of our time here and can't wait to go back next summer for even longer! ❀

We loved the location and well appointed kitchen. Had an issue with the dryer and the owner had a new one delivered the next day and the cleaning lady even ran a load of laundry in the interim. Thank you!!

Absolutely gorgeous home with great amenities!!

We had a great stay. Perfect location, easy walk to everything, great kitchen with plenty of dishes, pots, pans, and utensils. Would definitely stay here again. Dinner at the surfing deer was also phenomenal (and unrelated to the house, lol)

Wonderful home for multigenerational families

We had three generations of our family on this trip and the house had more than enough room to accommodate all of us, the kitchen was well stocked to the point we cooked most nights at home and the location by Camp Watercolor was perfect for the back and forth required for naptimes. The golf cart and bikes for Publix runs and for getting to Seaside were a huge plus! We loved this property!

Location and Fabulous Great Room Are Winners

As you can read in the listing this property is a 3 minute walk to Camp Watercolor with a 3 year old. It’s fabulous! And the great room with spacious and well stocked kitchen and three huge couches that face each other and a big adjacent dining area make for great family gathering: conversation and group dinner making. The two primary bedrooms are fabulous, especially the one upstairs with palatial bath and access to deck. The owners use a family member manager which makes the whole arrangement personal and attentive. We highly recommend!

Wonderful stay

Overall 9.9/10 rating. Some issues with cleanliness initially but property manager was really responsive and after cleaning a few things everything else was very clean. I love the location, bikes were fantastic (4) although 2 locks did not work with the combination which was not a huge deal because we doubled up. We could never get the fireplace to work but that is most likely user error. I am only listing picky things because I have annoying attention to detail and I note everything but would definitely stay here again if the occasion arises

Awesome Vacation Home

We had an awesome vacation in Watercolor and this home was perfect. Super clean, great location, next door to Camp Watercolor, big open kitchen/living/dining room that is perfect for family meals and lounging. The hosts were super responsive and we had an all around amazing experience. Already looking to book our next stay at this house!

Amazing home in a great location

We absolutely loved this house. The bedrooms were perfect for our group of 9 and the living/kitchen area was beautiful. We enjoyed sitting out on the front porch in the evenings. The location was perfect – right across the street from Camp Watercolor and the beach and town square were a short golf cart or bike ride. The golf cart was definitely an added bonus! It was very obvious that the owners care about the house & they were very responsive. We would definitely stay in this house again!
