HOA Specific Rules:

FOR YOUR PLEASURE AT PARKVIEW MOORINGS
1. Park only in the numbered space of your condo, and please make sure all
visitors park on the street.
2. Fireworks are not allowed anywhere on the property
3. City Ordinance: Quiet hours are at 11:00 pm.
4. Please do not hang towels, swim suits, etc. from the balcony railings.
5. Pets are not allowed.
6. This is a non-smoking unit. There is no smoking in the unit or by any of the decks, common areas of the condo as it blows back into the neighbors units.
7. Campers or any kind of trailer (boat, jet ski, etc.) cannot be left in the
parking lot. Please park them on the street.
8. Please use the fish cleaning station at the municipal marina. No fish
remains are to be put in the dumpster.
9. Both dumpsters can be used, but please do not overfill as the lids must be
closed in order for the refuse company to empty. There is no recycling.
10. Please move barbeque grills at least four feet away from the vinyl siding
before grilling.
11. There should be no device used with an open flame (e.g. table top fire
pits etc..)
12. Chairs, floats, kayaks, and all other personal belongings should be
moved off the lawn and onto the deck nightly.
13. Please do not feed the ducks/geese from this side of the river.
14. When playing games and sports in the lawn area, please be courteous to
owners and guests sitting on the decks.
Consider using space between the buildings.
15. Please keep music to low levels to respect your neighbors.
16. Skateboarding, bicycling, and rollerblading, etc. are not allowed on the
lawn, or sidewalk.

We would love for you to have an amazing stay. Please read these rules before booking. By booking this property, you agree to abide by these rules. Thank you! Check in is at 4 PM. We cannot offer early check-ins or late departures. This is to allow our cleaning crew plenty of time to make sure the property is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after your stay. Check out is at 10 AM. Our cleaners need time to clean the property before the next guest arrive, as same-day turnovers are common. Please respect their time and vacate the property by 10 AM. You will be charged $200 for each half hour after 10AM checkout that you are still on the premises. Please remember this is someone`s home that you are staying at. Be respectful of their home and surrounding neighbors. Please ensure that your total number of guests matches that on your booking. If you are found to have more than the number of guests on your booking you will be asked to leave with no refund. Absolutely no smoking or parties. If the owner/property manager is informed of any parties taking place on the property, you will be asked to leave with no refund for the remainder of your rental nights. If the cops shall be called to this property we will ask the guest to leave immediately with no refund. Quiet time starts at 10 PM and remains in effect until 9 AM. Please be courteous of the neighbors surrounding you. Any evidence of smoking inside the property or on the premises will result in an additional $500 fee or the cost of having the property treated for smoke damage. Personal Belongings. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. Items left behind after your stay are not the responsibility of the homeowner/property manager. Please thoroughly check for you personal items before departing. Furnishings and home cleanliness. Please keep the property and all furnishings in good order. Removing any items from the property is not permitted. If any damages to furnishings or property occur during your stay, please contact the owner immediately. If the property is found to need more than a normal clean. Guest will pay for the extra cleaning charge. No Pets are allowed at this property. Refunds. Owner cannot guarantee against mechanical failure of heating, air conditioning, TV`s, Wi-Fi or appliances. Please report any inoperative equipment to the owner/property manager immediately. We will make every reasonable effort to have repairs done quickly and efficiently. NO refunds will be made due to failure of appliances, equipment, or amenities. NO Refunds for early departures. No refunds for delayed arrival. Starter Pack. We provide a starter pack of paper towels, 2 rolls of TP per bathroom, 2 dishwasher tabs, dish soap/sponge, a starter supply of laundry pods or soap, 2 trash liners per can. Longer stays may require you to purchase additional items if needed. Trash. Any garbage must be placed in a proper receptacle outside, located near the driveway. Please empty the fridge, and take trash out before your departure. Please DO NOT place trash on the top of the outside bins.
