The apartment opens onto a bright living area with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen—perfect for relaxing or enjoying a meal after a day exploring Rome. The living room features a comfortable dining table and a French-style sofa bed, ready to accommodate up to two additional guests when needed.

There are two bedrooms, offering maximum flexibility: one with a double bed and the other with two single beds that can be joined upon request. The modern and functional bathroom includes a spacious shower and contemporary finishes.

The interior combines classic charm with modern design, enhanced by warm parquet floors that create a cozy and refined atmosphere.

The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, independent heating, and free Wi-Fi, ensuring a comfortable stay in every season. A small balcony, accessible from the twin bedroom, offers a pleasant spot to enjoy the fresh air.

One of the highlights of the property is the stunning shared rooftop terrace—a true luxury escape available to all guests of the building. It’s an urban oasis perfect for relaxing, sunbathing, or sipping coffee with views over Rome’s rooftops. The terrace is furnished with outdoor seating, offers drinking water and a coffee machine, and is open daily from 7:30 AM to 11:00 PM.

Several other apartments managed by us are also available in the same building. If you're traveling with a group or multiple families, you can book multiple units in the same location—stay close while enjoying your own space.

The apartment is legally registered and equipped with all required safety devices, including a fire extinguisher, gas and carbon monoxide detectors, and a first-aid kit.

Standard check-in: 15:00-21:00. (3pm to 9pm) Check-ins after 21:00 (9.00 pm) can be arranged for an additional cost of €50, to be paid in cash upon arrival.

Check-out: by 10:30.

Flexibility for check-in and check-out times is available, subject to apartment availability and cleaning requirements.

An extra fee of €35 will be applied for check-ins on the following dates: December 25, January 1, and Easter Sunday.

At check-in, guests must provide identification documents for all individuals staying in the apartment and sign the rental agreement.
