For your safety and security the building does have cameras in all the common areas including the hallways, lobby, elevators and building exterior and can record 24/7.
There are NO cameras in the apartment
There is an elevator-and free hi speed wifi and cable tv - wifi provided by building and may be spotty.
App operated Laundry facilities are located in the building and provided by the building. The third bedroom does not have a closet or window
Please make sure all food is removed and all trash is taken to dumpster behind building-
No more than 7 people in any one apartment at any time


For guests with young children- we do have a pak n play crib available if needed but we are NOT child proofed
