This was my family’s second time here. We would definitely stay here again. It is so clean, big bedrooms, large kitchen, large family room, right across from a nice community pool, and conveniently located. I could go on.

The staff at Florida Premier were very helpful and courteous. However I would not recommend this property for several reasons. The listing location was not at all accurate on the Vrbo website. It is listed as “walking distance to Epcot” when it is really 8 miles away. Also the items available in the kitchen on the website were also not accurate. There was no dishwasher soap, hand soap, and only 1 roll of paper towel. Shortly after arriving, maintenance showed up to fix a leak from the air conditioning that I didn’t know anything about. Then about 2hrs after arriving the faucet in the kitchen sink disconnected causing another leak. I had to call emergency maintenance for help which disrupted the use of the kitchen during dinner. Overall, the place is nice with comfortable beds, spacious bedrooms, but it isn’t well cared for. Lights were out in the bathroom and spider webs were present in the kitchen. If you have another choice, book a different place.

The pool amenities were not what were portrayed on the website. The condo was gorgeous. Not great as far as getting groceries or luggage in and out. No cart. The photos depict that the buildings surround the pool area.

Overall the place was great with a few exceptions:1. King Mattress in bedroom closest to the kitchen had no support. We slept in a trough.2. Showers lacked safety bars to hold onto when washing feet.3. When I called about the pool closest to the unit, we were told to use the code starting with “C” but that pool did not have a letter for an option. Was told that pool was for owners. So not clear as to what pool we could have used other than at the clubhouse. 4. We had issues with water leaking from the wash machine, which we reported. This occurred after using the machine several times, so this was not a case of not knowing how to use the machine.

The wifi didn’t work for the majority of our time. We sent many messages to the host and property manager. I had several replies but never a resolution.
